This vacation rental comes with complimentary beach service: two chairs and one umbrella.

Your troubles will never seem as far away as they are in this beautiful condo in the heart of Miramar Beach. The condo boasts upscale furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker where you can make a large family meal after a long day at the beach. Curl up in the living room to reminisce about the day's adventures, or relax on the private balcony and catch the sun's last rays. The prime location and breathtaking views make this the ideal spot for your next getaway.

Huntington is within walking distance of the Surf Hut restaurant, and near the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall for shopping. Adventures are never far from reach, whether you choose to spend a day at Big Kahuna's Waterpark or Crab Island.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Returner to Huntington by the Sea

We lucked out finding Huntington by the Sea, a hidden gem! We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to come back. We love the convenience of your own beach area with chairs and umbrella, the pool access, and perfect location to all things Miramar and Destin. We traveled with teens and could watch them swim in the pool from our balcony. The location is perfect!

Beautiful Condo - Great View!!

We were there for a short weekend mother/daughters trip and enjoyed the stay - it was a great place! Shops/grocery stores were a very close drive. The condo was beautiful - everything top notch. The view was outstanding. There is a wonderful white sand beach out front with (sometimes) chairs to use. We even saw some baby dolphins playing! It was easy in and out of the condo - had an elevator for use down on the other end. The only downside was the pool that was 'heated' was extremely cold, and we were told we wouldn't have wifi and tv available during our stay due to something (can't remember what), and would be reimbursed 25/night for our 3 nights stay, but we were not. Even so, we would definitely go back.

This was our first stay at Huntington by the Sea and we were very happy with all it included. Great location and the condo was very clean and nicely appointed. My only complaints (and they are small ones) is that the bath towels, and the wash cloths should REALLY be replaced with new. Old, thin and scratchy! The sofa and love seat are getting to the end of their life, too. If not replaced, at least clean it. But those are only things I can complain of. The bedrooms very nice and it was a very spacious unit. Loved how it overlooked the pool and beach was a super close walk. We will be back!

Fantastic and very clean

We loved the location with a great view of the pool and the ocean! The condo was really clean, which is always important to us. Beds were comfortable. Luggage carts and an elevator were SO helpful! The beach itself was amazing and not crowded like some nearby ones because we were staying at a smaller property. Having two lounge chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day was awesome! We highly recommend staying here and will be back ourselves.

Great property!

The location is very convenient, the whole space was very clean, plenty of towels and all the little things that you need. It was a very short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed the second floor view. We will be back!

Meeting Expectations

From what we could tell on the internet, everything looked like it would meet our needs and meet our expectations. Well, it was exactly as we expected, maybe even a little better!! Thank you for helping us have a pleasant stay at Miramar Beach!

Great place!

We loved 201. Highly recommend to any family. Easy access to the beach and pool which was so great bc we could watch our kids swim without having to go to the pool. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of linens on hand. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Great for family’s with children

This was our 2nd time renting the exact same condo. The beach in front of this rental is just occupied by its guests. Not over crowded to where you have to worry about losing the kids in a crowd. We will be back.

very cute place! it was quiet & clean. beautiful view, saw dolphins flip the very first day! easy beach access and close to tons of shops and restaurants. loved it here & would come again.

We loved this condo. Perfect location. Has everything you need very clean. Loved hearing and seeing ocean from master bedroom even from the kitchen. Beautiful beach so clean steps away from the condo. We definitely want to come back to this location.

Beautiful view and beautiful condo

View and location are outstanding. The condo is clean, updated and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. A big negative during our stay was that the heater for the pool was not turned on. We were told that condo association chooses not to turn on until the end of December. If the pool is too cold to use the heater should be turned on so that guests can enjoy it. The condo over looks the pool and we did not see one person in the pool during our stay.

Worst experience with Vacasa

Upon arrival at the Condo neither of the toilets were filling back up after they were flushed. I noticed the water valves to both of them were off, so I turned them on, but instead of the talks filling the valves just started leaking water, so we shut them back off and called Vacasa. The first person I talked to got a maintenance man out right away, however he said he couldn’t fix it and that they would have to call a plumber. An hour later I get a call saying they can’t get a plumber out that evening, and they would have to relocate us to a comparable property. After 30 minutes she sent me to a link of a nice property, but it was NOT comparable, and was FAR from the public beach (Huntington was directly on the beach with complimentary beach service). I told her it wasn’t comparable at all, but she said that’s all she could do. It was already getting late and we didn’t have working toilets, so I told them to give me the access code and we would go to the property for the evening, and return to Huntington the next day after the plumber fixed the issue. Three hours later and multiple calls and texts we finally got a code. At this point it was 11 pm and we didn’t want to leave. The next day I had to call again to tell them I absolutely had to have a plumber there right away. They kept telling me they couldn’t find a plumber, however the first one we called said they could come take care of it. I tried telling Vacasa this but they said they weren’t on their list, but guess who showed up a couple hours later?? The guy that wasn’t on their list!! The plumber had to shut water off to the whole complex (according to the complex maintenance woman the individual units don’t have shut offs!) This caused a huge uproar!! Owners were calling Vacasa and the complex office telling them that the water had to be turned on immediately. The complex maintenance had the nerve to try to get the plumber to only fix one of our two toilets, even though the water was only off for 20 minutes. Not only were they banging on the door, but the woman from Vacasa had the nerve to show up to tell the plumber to hurry up😡. I was infuriated!! They couldn’t care less about our issues until others were inconvenienced and started getting owners involved, and then they show up at our door! What I find strange is that this unit was rented out knowing that both toilets were not working (hints the valves being off). So are these not inspected before the next tenants arrive? Obviously not!

Stayed here multiple times

We have stayed in this specific unit in this condo multiple times. The unit is always as expected. This time, for some reason, the coffee pot was missing from the coffee maker- we had a new one the next day!! Beach is great, pool is great, location of condo to restaurants, grocery, shopping is great!
