Located in the middle of Miramar Beach, this home has all the luxury amenities you need for a great vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped to make a big meal for a group, and the living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures. The close proximity to nightlife and private patio overlooking the ocean will make your next Florida vacation a guaranteed success.

The condo is located within walking distance to some excellent shopping is just a short drive away at Destin Commons. Fun in the sun takes on a whole new meaning at The Track, where you can ride go-carts and bumper boats, and Big Kahuna's Waterpark is right down the street.

Complimentary beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is provided.
*There will be on going exterior restoration at the neighboring condo building until August 2025. Guests may experience an excess of noise during working hours.*

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

New Favorite Condo!

We have stayed in this building many times but have not stayed in this specific condo before. We loved that it was noticeably newly renovated/upgraded. Also loved the location of this specific one. It was on the end away from the pool and also had an ocean view. Will definitely book again for next year!

Great location, walk ability to a couple of restaurants or short drive. Grocery and liquor store across the street. itā€™s the beautiful beach and water from the units porch that we will return.

Found our new go-to rental.

Remodeled modern condo that was larger than the norm for the area. It had the view, the location, and the amenities we were looking for in previous rentals in Destin. We will be returning in the future for sure. The staff was friendly, prompt, and thoroughly professional..

Bright, clean, and well maintained.

Open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen with Zline appliances. Nicely decorated with a perfect view of the beach. Oh, the organic cotton Saatva mattress is the best! Then cleaning staff didnā€™t an excellent job! We will be staying here again!

Perfect condo

This was our first stay in this specific condo, but not the complex. We loved all the updated furnishings. The pillows did leave feathers everywhere, but we just piled them up in a chair we werenā€™t using. Nothing negative to say about it. I do wish they would make a paved path around the side of the complex where the space is grassy. My toddler fell several times on the brick pathway.

Nice condo with great view.

We enjoyed our stay, my only complaint would be the glass sliding doors. We couldnā€™t use the bedroom one at all it was stuck and the one in living area is extremely hard to open and close and very loud when you opened and closed them. We talked to someone who said they would send someone over but nobody ever showed. I think they are just warn out from the wear and tear. Other than that it is a nice condo.

we booked the place due to having a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom. When we arrived we had 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom. This is not convenient for a couple that is in their 50's. Unfortunately the add showed something different and is why we booked this property. We were offered 15% off our next stay and then changed to 1 night refund which has never happened. We will never book with Vacassa again! VRBO did the listing but Vacassa is the management company. Our friends cut their week short due to the sleeping arrangements.

NIce but with some differences from advertisement.

Unit was previously rented prior to our stay. Previous renters had damaged couple of chairs, knocked picture off wall in master, and obviously did something to one of the comforters in the second bedroom (missing from bed.) Rug in living area was replaced with a sisal rug. Maintenance came to make repairs during our stay but did not seem to know what he was doing. Noise from upstairs neighbors audible inside and outside unit. Outside of units were dirty and in need of washing. Was surprised that unit did not have any spices or extras from previous guests like we are accustomed to finding in kitchen. Gas grills were operable but dirty. Despite these negatives, beds were comfortable and enjoyed use of chairs and umbrellas for free. Appliances, TVs, furniture relatively new and clean.

Great location

The condo and location was perfect for us, however, the major renovations being done to entire property caused us to stay out of it during working hours 8:00-5:00. Sitting on the porch was tolerable until major grinding of the patio below us started. We found some gems of local museums in Panama City and Destin to pass the time. Very good local restaurants and shopping were close. Again, the condo and location was excellent! t

Disappointed-Renovations

We booked in the spring. Later mentioned construction renovations. The condo we stayed in was beautiful, updated and clean. The Huntington by the Sea complex was a wreck. Contractors everywhere, jackhammering on each floor walkways from 8am-5pm. You could not stay in the condo because of the noise and vibrations. Dust and dirt everywhere, contractors using up parking spaces. The beach and pool were very nice. The massive renovations should have dictated to discourage rentals for a period of time. We had to leave a day early. Thank you for asking. Mike

Family Getaway

The beach was breathtaking, and loved it was a smaller community made for easy access to and from beach. The 2 bedroom was perfect size, with awesome views, will definitely stay there again!
