The privacy of this villa provides the option to stay secluded in your own oasis with an "almost-hotel-service", given by a housekeeper who provides for cooking and cleaningor, or venture next door for what's hailed as the sea-side holiday resort of the Athenians.

If privacy is what you crave, you feel in paradise making it ideal to reconnect with family and friends. Even a large family or circle of friends will find comfort in this stone-build villa, perched on a small hilltop with breathtaking views overlooking the Saronic Gulf and several little bays.

Surrounded by olive trees, rosemary and other Mediterranean shrubs, this peaceful retreat of over 4,000 sqm is located only a short drive from the well-known islands of Poros, Hydra, Spetses and Athenians exclusive secret seaside town of Porto-Heli. Also within the immediate vicinity are archeological sites such as Mycenae, Epidaurus and the Venetian town of Nafplion.

This beautifully well-lit house has large windows overlooking the sea and offers spectacular views of the sunset.

It understood a spacious living room with sunken seating and fireplace, connected with the dining room and an open plan kitchen with island.

On the first floor are three spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, open space shower and beautiful front terrace with sea view.

All rooms have an overhead fan as well as air conditioning (central) and mosquito net equipped windows.

Separate from the main house but within the premises is an a / c-equipped guest house that can accommodate up to five people. It offers two queen-size beds, of which one is on the mezzanine, as well as a small built-in lounge that can also serve as an additional bed. For the comfort of our guests, there is a fridge and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor area offers privacy and features a wide veranda, which runs all around the house connecting the guest’s house and its private pergola.

This area, as well as a separate built-in pool terrace, offers several comfortable shaded lounging and outdoor dining options.

The 65 sqm bean shaped swimming pool, with outdoor shower and separate WC, features a chlorine-free salt and ozone disinfection system ideal for children or allergy prone guests. Several elegant loungers are spread around the pool.

There is a privat shaded parking for 3 cars close to the main gate, behind the house.

The nearest beach is at short walking distance from the villa with convenient access to several secluded sandy bays with crystal clear waters. For water sport lovers, Porto-Heli offers a wide variety of activities only fifteen minutes by car.

Our rates vary during the year and the low and mid-season rates are open to negotiation. Rates stay the same regardless of the amount of guests and also include: a house-keeper / cook and shopping ordering service before your arrival.
