BEAUTIFUL REMODELED VILLA JUST STEPS TO THE OCEAN

We live in Sturgis, Michigan, just south of Kalamazoo.
I own an Aircraft Sales company, and also own a commercial and industrial design/build construction company.
Diana is the Payroll Director for an international company with 1,000 employees.
With 4 kids and 10 grand kids, we are always on the go.

I discovered Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort quite by accident. My daughter was on a college Tennis scholarship in Tennessee and they went to Hilton Head over spring break to play in tournaments. After a little encouragement from her, I decided I would fly down for the week and watch them play. As it turns out, they played most of their matches at the resort, so that was my first taste of Hilton Head island life. Between matches I wondered around and basically fell in love with the resort.
Upon returning home, and telling Diana what a great place this was, we immediately began making plans for a visit and rented a condo at the resort. That was in 2005, and we have been going back twice a year since then, renting the same condo each time. We always joked with the owner saying if you ever decide to sell, call us first. In the spring of 2018, he called! Wanted to know if we were really interested, of course we were, and a month later it was ours. We were officially Island People!
We immediately undertook a complete remodeling and updating of the condo. I must say that today we have one of the nicest condos at the resort. We tried to make it our "home away from home", and not just a rental. Therefore we have used upgraded materials and furnishings throughout.
As we live in Michigan, our time spent there is quite limited, but still manage a couple weeks each spring and fall. One day we hope to spend the winter months there.
Our second favorite island is Mackinac Island in northern Michigan where we spend time each summer.

Our resort location is in the center of the island, so you are never far from the many opportunities available. A short 2 minute walk from the front door and you are on the nicest beach on the island. 12 miles of excellent beach await you whether sitting, walking or biking. Our resort features the largest oceanfront pool on the island, with its own beach bar next to the pool. Also available on site is a pizza shop and a fantastic 25 screen sports bar.
10 lighted tennis courts and 2 pickle-ball courts are free to use for guests, as is a fully equipped workout facility. Bike rentals are also available on site.
Kids love the huge playground area and the catch and release fishing lagoon.
Numerous excellent golf courses both on the island, and near off island await your visit.
Or if your inclined, just sit on the spacious private deck, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
