The apartment is located on the second level of a downtown commercial/residential building. The main floor has a coffee frozen yogurt bar, a consignment store. On the lowest level there is a Mexican American Restaurant and a Food Co-op. The second floor is a combination of long term residential apartments and vacation rentals. The building is locked in the evenings and accessed with a pass key. The building has an elevator for tenants and quests only and the elevator key is provided after check in.

The building has 2 entries and will be locked in the evenings. The apartment is located on the second level so stairs will be necessary to access the apartment when checking in. An elevator key is provided after check in. Guests have an access key to use on the main entrance on Lincoln St. when the building is locked.

The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, just bring the food. We provide basic spices, coffee and tea. The living room has captivating panoramic views of Sitka Sound Eastern Channel, surrounding mountains, Rockwell Lighthouse and Crescent Harbor.
