Nice, clean, comfortable studio in a great location. The chairs at the counter were not working properly but the rest of the room was in great shape. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy walking location in Downtown

Easy 1 block walk to the Central Station for the three bus lines. Easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Comfortable room and atmosphere. We would stay here again.

A cute little studio in the in the heart of town. Everything we needed for a stay in Sitka was in the rental waiting. Would definitely book again if I found myself in Sitka.

Great location, new, clean comfortable….good price

This unit is quite new in a location that is in the downtown Sitka area…easy walking. Comfortable bed, new modern bathroom, friendly kitchen fully outfitted with glassware, pots, microwave, cooktop, soap and new sponge, paper towels, on so on…. The bed is comfortable. There is a bedside chair. We brought the 2 patio chairs in to sit by the slider that leads to a deck. The owner is awesome and very responsive.

The kitchen was fully stocked and even had coffee pods provided. The rental was very clean and I am a clean freak. The location can’t be beat! You are within walking distance to a grocery store as well as all of the downtown shops and restaurants. Check in and check out was a breeze, and I really appreciated all of the information that was provided. Driving and parking directions were spot on. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, yet comfy.

We stayed during an internet outage. We were unable to have WiFi. But the unit is nice and clean. We received driving directions. It was dark and we could not find Etolin Way. The sign is missing. go past the stop light, and take the first right. We didn’t have access to maps at all. Overall after finding the unit, we enjoyed our stay/ they only have tea and no coffee

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect place for my month long stay in Sitka! The kitchen has everything you will need. A washer and dryer is a real plus, especially for an extended stay. Deep tub and nice size bathroom. Sitting out on your private balcony with a view of the mountains is a perfect ending to an Alaskan day! Grab a cup of local brewed coffee before taking your morning walk along the harbor to Totem Park. Sitka’s unique shops and eateries are out your front door! Highly recommended.

It’s a very convenient location if you want to be in town for your visit, quick walk to the harbor and shops, restaurants, and a little grocery market. The kitchen had everything we needed. The 4-plex and street are quiet, and C’s balcony has a nice view to mountains beyond town. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit and stay somewhere that was extremely clean. Booking and customer service from the PM was awesome too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Sitka!

Exactly as advertised. Perfect central location to be able to see the main part of town without a car, and easy access to public transportation out of walking distance. The host (or host company) provided great recommendations for everything from shuttle services and tours / tour guides to dining and shopping.

Great location; centrally located

Room was exactly as advertised, with a central location adjacent t to Sitka downtown. Easily walkable to the raptor center, swan lake, and all downtown features for visitors. Walked to the airport for my morning flight, so was able to enjoy pretty much everything without a rental car. One note - this unit is a 2nd floor walkup, so if you have issues navigating stairs keep that in mind.

Great stay - convenient location

Perfect for two people looking to explore Sitka, in a great location. Seemed to have everything we needed and Unit C had great views of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect rental

This property is located right in the middle of Sitka and is perfect walking distance to downtown. It’s great for a single or couple. Clean, convenient, modern, and property manager very easy to work with. I highly recommend.
