Across the street visit the Sitka Library or Harrigan Centennial Hall where you can watch the Russian Dancers perform during the summer months, visit the Sitka Historical Museum or attend a performance of the Summer Music Festival.

The apartment is located on the second level of a downtown commercial/residential building. The main floor has a Mexican Pizza Restaurant, a consignment store and an Art & Jewelry Gallery. On the lowest level you will find a Food Co-op and Botanical Beauty Studio. Also, on the lowest level we feature a stunning mural from a local artist. The second floor is a combination of long term residential apartments and vacation rentals. The building is locked in the evenings and accessed with a pass key. The building has an elevator for tenants and quests only and the elevator key is provided after check in.

The building has 2 entries and will be locked in the evenings. The apartment is located on the second level so stairs will be necessary to access the apartment when checking in. An elevator key is provided after check in. Guests have an access key to use when the building is locked.

The studio has captivating views of Sitka Sound Eastern Channel, surrounding mountains and the Rockwell Lighthouse.

The apartment has everything you would need to be comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, just bring the food. We provide basic spices, coffee and tea. There is a tv with a Roku stick to add your favorite streaming app. And if you need it, wireless internet is available.

All linens and towels are provided, and a shared coin op laundry is available on the same level as the rental unit.
