Surf Court 14 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Forest Beach townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King bed in master bedroom, Two Queens in bedroom 2. Unit 14 is across the street from the ocean and up the street from Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. A spiral staircase from the living balcony provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The owner of Surf Court 14 has thought of everything when thinking of decor, comfort, and style in this beach home. The upstairs has new wood laminate floors, and new paint, new bedroom furniture, new mattress's and much more!

Wonderful rental in a great location

This unit is a wonderful rental in a great location. It’s such a quick walk to the beach. The house was very clean and there was great communication with the rental company. We had an issue with the dryer and the next day someone was there to take a look. Will, from the rental company, even came at 8:00 that night to help problem solve, which we appreciated.

Great vacation

This property was perfect for my little family’s vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Easy walk just across the street to beach. Easy quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza for eating, shopping. We enjoyed riding bikes to and around Low country celebration park also. Easy access to rinse sand off from the beach through the pool gate. Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our second visit to Surf Court, and second condo unit. We loved this location, clean, bright, spacious, and well equipped. Most of all, quiet. Two considerations- the outdoor stairs are quite steep, as are the spiral steps to the courtyard. If you have mobility issues or small kids, probably not the unit for you. Second, there is no outdoor spigot for foot and gear washing. We found our own creative solution, but fair warning.Seashore is fabulous, always on top of things. The communication is great.Overall, an excellent stay and we will be back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seashore Vacations is wonderful to work with! Highly recommended them.Unit 14 needs some work. The carpet on the stairs is very dirty. The ceiling fans need a good cleaning. There needs to be more cookware and mixing bowls in the kitchen. The knives are all dull and barely cut. There is outdoor patio carpet in the living area? !!The stairs are too steep inside and outside the unit. There needs to be a rinse off station in the front of the complex from when you return to the beach. The pool is nice and large and the landscaping is nice around the pool area and it is quiet.Great for young families. We would not return due to stairs and distance from the beach.

Clean, comfortable & close to the pool as well. All of the furniture was clean & comfortable. No complaints. Just be sure to bring your own dish soap, bathing toiletries & air fresheners (not supplied). Great spot! Would stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Surf Court many times. Unit 14 is a nice unit on the front. It was clean and well maintained. The people at Seashore Vacations are always nice to work with. Overall a good stay. One word of WARNING. The people at Surf Court are very serious about parking passes. We had two parking passes. One for our car(my wife and I). We also had one for our son and daughter and law who only came down for the day. We parked in a guest spot and left our numbered spot for our son's truck. Since he was only there for the day, we were in a hurry to get to the beach and forgot the parking pass. We went back to the condo about an hour later to get something to drink and it had been towed. They were in the process of towing two others at the time. Several others were towed as well. Some of them like us were registered guests. DO NOT FORGET THE PARKING PASS. IT WILL COST YOU $200 AND A LOT OF TROUBLE!

Walk right outside your unit and get on a walking/bike riding trail that covers miles of the island. Right across the street is beach access to the beautiful ocean. Just a short walk to Coligny Park and it's many great restaurants and shopping. We brought our bikes and rode everywhere. Everything was perfect, We loved our stay here.

Great Location

We chose this rental because of the proximity to the beach. While not beach front, there is access directly across the street. This particular unit is on the side of the property closest to the beach. There is a coded door to get into the courtyard to swim in the pool when coming straight from the beach, so you don't have to get sand in your space. Inside, the place had newer hard floors, a updated baths and bedrooms, and comfy furniture for the living room. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough for our family of 6, and we cooked breakfast and some quick lunches daily. The entire place had just the right amount of furniture to meet our needs, but left room for our belongings to fit and not feel crowded. The only surprising part was the need to check in at a physical location. While the people were pleasant and the check in was maybe a mile away, an email or text with a door code would be sufficient and welcomed in the future. We had a great stay at one of our favorite places to visit. While quiet, we were close enough to meals and shops to make those trips quick and easy with all of our young kids.
