I wouldn’t book this space again.
The space was nice but what they don’t tell you is the beach is unusable right at margaritaville, there is so much seaweed you have to walk to another beach nearby. The smell from the seaweed when at the lower pool and lobby areas is so bad, you have to breathe in from your mouth. If you do stay here ask for buildings by 9 because the smell is less. We had an issue with hot water one entire day, the host was unresponsive and so was the concierge that was supposed to help us. We had to walk down to the front desk to get answers they couldn’t give us, even when we spoke withthe manager he didn’t have an update on how long. When there were issues, they were unresponsive. The host is responsive up until the day we checked in then nothing from her the rest of stay. She finally surfaced about the hot water problem after we had already checked out, days after I sent the message. We also got locked out of our room one morning due to a battery issue on the lock, when we walked to the building to ask,they put in a request but couldn’t give us a time when they could get it fixed. I mind you we had a flight out in 2 hours and had no way to get into our room where our luggage was sitting. If you get the building by the top pool be aware you will have to walk a million steps or tip a golf cart driver each time you want to go back to your room. Not sure I would stay here again, the beach smell here and the unusable beach makes this location not the greatest, I would opt for another place.
