Close to the beach

Kathy is a gracious host! The home is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked, and a very close proximity to the beach. The back yard has plenty of seating and a very inviting atmosphere. We highly recommend!

Clean and cozy

We stayed for a week. The place was super clean. The owners were so easy to work with. And just about a 2 minute drive and at the beach. Lovely place to stay.

We enjoyed our time in this home. The hosts were very friendly and close (just down the street!!) The highlight of our stay was watching the Space X 10 launch at Pineda Beach, which is less than a10 minute walk from the home.Thank you, Kathy & Mark.

Spacious and comfortable

Much attention was paid to every detail of guest comfort. We received a lovely welcome basket, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed from beach chairs to bicycles! The kitchen was recently updated, well stocked and spotless. It didn’t bother us that there was no dishwasher, but a family of 6 might want to get some disposable cups and paper plates. We would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing beach home

From the onset we were greeted by a beautifully renovated beach home with modern utilities & very comfortable beds. The back patio was our morning go-to for coffee & sunrise. The beach with public access was a short 2 block walk and all necessary food shopping a mere 2 min drive. The location was also perfect to day hop to other destinations such as Cocoa, Disney, Melbourne, etc. Kathy & Mark were as kind and thoughtful as hosts as one could ask for, and always within reach for any needs or questions. Perfect Vacation Home

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to spend a quiet relaxing month. There is 3 bedrooms, a large open living area and a private backyard/ covered patio. Our kids stopped in at different times and we never felt crowded. Kathy was very responsive to our needs. We arrived during the football playoffs. My husband couldn’t find the local TV stations. Kathy was there within minutes and had it taken care of with a simple phone call. The home was very clean and well taken care of. We hope to return again next year!

Satellite beach rental

Very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Spacious living area with big screen tv. Plenty of seating for all 4 of us. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms Beds were very comfy. We spent every morning out on the back patio enjoying our coffee and tea before getting ready to go down to the beach for a couple of hours. Only a few blocks away. There were 4 beach chairs and towels available for our use. We be met the owners, Kathy and Mark snd their cute little dog, Sadie. They were so nice and gave us suggestions on places to eat if we decided to go out and interesting things to see. Convenient location and really not far from an area that we wanted to go to. We watched 2 rocket launches right from the driveway. Would def recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Cocoa Beach area.

Fun in the sun

Great space for the 6 of us. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The property is walking distance to the beach and a good home base for day trips. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable lounging area for all of us. Can ride the provided bikes to see manatees. The Owner was very easy to communicate with, responded promptly and was very helpful with local information. We would recommend this property to others to enjoy.

Real Florida! Perfect location & Great value

Vrbo Kathy and Mark have created a perfect place to collapse at the end of the day. This was “our home” for a week. We found that it was easy to adapt into the mid-century lifestyle of the Central Florida Coast. We slept soundly, listening to the distant sound of the ocean waves. We awakened gently. Each of our group quickly settled into a routine. My grandsons slept in while we grabbed the provided beach chairs and walked to the dunes for the sunrise. When they woke up they rode the bicycles somewhere, I assume the beach. The hosts seem to have thought of everything: a well equipped kitchen stylish, comfortable seating plenty of extra linens laundry machines second refrigerator bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a shower out back. Don’t hesitate to ask Kathy and about anything! We had the feeling that our experience is more important than anything. If you have an “I wish I had brought my ....” moment, say it out loud You never know until you ask. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens and toiletries, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher. Furnishings, decor, fixtures are all modern, high quality, and functional. So just go beach combing, eat conch fritters, go surf fishing, and enjoy sunsets and sunrises. No reason to hurry, no worries. This home has everything you need to just hang out and do whatever whim floats into your mind. You can even be an unapologetic tourist. Tour the Space Center, and the Brevard Zoo, go charter fishing, shop RON JON’s clearance sales, go on a pub crawl, and bring home a whole key lime pie. Be flexible. Take a surfboard to the beach. When it starts to rain, take a nap, order pizza, or grill the fish you reeled in. This is the best strip of coastal Florida for being a beach bum. And this home is the best value I have experienced anywhere.

About the owners – Mark and Kathy have been residents in this community for a lifetime. Kathy was born and raised in Satellite Beach just blocks away from this home. Mark is a singer/songwriter and retired framing carpenter. We love this community for its hometown attitude. From the grocery stores to the local eateries. Everyone is kind and there is no crime. It just feels good from the moment you arrive.
