The home’s rustic-modern architecture shines with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame serene forest views. The spacious, light-filled living area features a cozy gas fireplace, a 65-inch smart TV, and a Sonos sound system. The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a generous breakfast bar.

By Car



The driveway accommodates up to four vehicles, making it easy to come and go year-round. Most guests find a car helpful for reaching ski resorts, lake access points, downtown Truckee, and grocery stores. Street parking is not permitted.



Trails & Outdoor Access



Several popular trail systems are just minutes away. The Truckee River Legacy Trail offers a paved riverside route ideal for walking and cycling, while the Sawtooth Trail network provides scenic options for hiking and mountain biking. Trail maps and details are included in the digital guide.



Local Transit
