Newly Renovated UNIT 4D1: Waves of relaxation simply float throughout this beautiful two-bedroom corner condo!

Sumptuous seating in a palette of soft blues and greys provides a warm setting for your home-away-from-home beachside retreat. A dream kitchen flows into a spacious dining area, and corner windows provide even more Florida sunshine. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Ground-floor corner location means you're just steps from the beach, with a walk-out lanai that doubles as the perfect spot in which to just relax and catch glimpses of pelicans and dolphins in the gulf waters beyond!

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Came for a quick birthday getaway with my girlfriends and this place was PERFECT. Loved the location and the condo itself was beautiful. We will most certainly be back!

Very clean,easy process to get into condo. Great written information. Host had extra beach supplies . Excellent beach chairs light weight to carry beach supplies with beach wagon supplied . View was ocean right there . Morning sunrise seen from master bedroom . Couple or family friendly. Extended an extra day because of beach closeness . Easy walk Shell museum was good and close to condo. Jerry’s market good cafe and groceries store , looking forward to coming back,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful week at Oceans Reach! The description of the condo was perfect. One of the nicest places that we have stayed on the gulf. The view and ease to the beach were perfect! The property was very clean and everything updated and new. Definitely take a couple hours and visit the National Shell Museum & Aquarium on the island. My family really enjoyed it. Our favorite restaurants were Mudbugs and Bimini Bait Shack. Looking forward to a return trip!

The access to the beach is unbeatable! The unit was clean and up to date and everythin worked well, minus a bathroom pocket door that kept locking itself but it was easy to open with a butterknife. I especially like the storage closet full of supplies needed to enjoy the beach.. there were even a pair or water shoes! We left a couple of extra things for the next person.But do be warned that the unit comes with nothing stocked, not even trash bags. That made the beginning of the trip a little bumpy but we worked it out. Overall, great stay!

First visit to Sanibel! Everything was beyond my expectations. Condo was lovely, clean and well equipped. Perfect location as central yet slightly tucked away.

Top Notch Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a girls getaway at Oceans Reach at the beginning of June and everything was perfect! The parking with protection from sun and rain, a nice storage shed and the Condo was amazing!! Very clean and well decorated, had enough kitchen supplies to make full meals and snacks. The option to rent umbrellas on site was great. The view from or lanai was amazing and being on the main level was so convenient to run back and forth from the beach for snacks and beverages! Great pool area and the staff was out of this world friendly. The grounds were beautiful and very nicely kept! Thank you for a great trip, we WILL be back!!

Back and Better than ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful to return to OR and see that all the hard work paid off. The condos, grounds and amenities were all upgraded and beautiful. I’m love the pool and spent three glorious weeks swimming and sunning. It was especially nice to reconnect with friends from previous years. The island still has a way to go but it will get there with time. Sorry to see that six of the restaurants we liked are no longer there. Loved Doc Fords, Timbers and Gramma Dots.Will be back!

Perfection!

We had a fantastic week on sanibel island and this location was perfect. Super close to the beach - could not be more pleased with our condo. We will definitely book the same unit in future visits!
