From Atlantic Breeze you will enjoy the short stroll to the beach and community amenities. Located Near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.


As soon as you enter this home you are greeted with a sophisticated color pallet to set the stage for a luxury vacation feel. A spacious open concept layout is showcased on the main floor. The pool table opens up to the kitchen, dining and living spaces that flow out to the lanai and pool.


The spectacular kitchen has what you need to create memorable meals during your stay and plenty of space to gather. Additional seating at the kitchen counter is the perfect place to eat a snack before heading to the beach. Also on the 1st level is a half bathroom and convenient laundry room.


There is a lovely master bedroom suite featuring a King Bed and bright master bathroom. The private master bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity.


As you head upstairs, you will find 4 guest bedrooms. 3 of these bedrooms are King Suites. The other bedroom invites with 2 Full beds, great for the kids and extended family. All bedrooms feature HDTVs to fall asleep to your favorite shows. 3 full bathrooms are on this 2nd level.


In the backyard, you can lounge by the heated pool and take in the fresh ocean air. Or fire up the grill while taking in the view of the lake.


When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.
