Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with a nature preserve adjacent, this home provides the perfect tranquil retreat.

Nearby, you'll find two public beaches and a state park. Coco Plum is just a 6-minute drive away, Sombrero Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Curry Hammock State Park is a mere 10 minutes from the home.



Please be aware that being directly on the Gulf Waters means that we have no control over the winds and seaweed that may be present depending on the time of year. This can change daily with high and low tides.



Kindly note that this home does not permit pets.



All year around there is a $150 charge/week for pool/spa heat.



Booking Policies:



Minimum Stay: A 7-night minimum stay is required by city regulations, with no exceptions. The city determines the maximum occupancy, and it cannot be exceeded, covering adults, children, and infants.



Cancellation Policy: We maintain a strict 60-day cancellation policy. If the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the arrival date, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, excluding processing and admin fees. If you cancel within 60 days of the arrival date and we are able to secure another booking for the same time by opening the calendar, you will receive a full refund, minus processing and admin fees. If we are unable to secure another rental for the specified time, the deposit will be the only amount refunded.



Contract: Upon confirmation of your booking by our office, you will receive an Adobe E-Sign contract for signing. Once signed, the contract will be automatically returned to us.



Payment Options: The total reservation charges include credit card processing fees by default. We are happy to accept checks or EFT bank payments with no additional fees, and in those cases, the processing fees can be removed from your total once you confirm your preferred payment method. Credit card payments are subject to the following fees:

– Visa, MasterCard, and Discover incur a 3.5% processing fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

– American Express incurs an additional 0.99% fee (excluding taxes and deposit)

Located in a quiet residential area on the Gulf side of town.



Getting Around:

This home is walking distance to the gas station and a short 5 min drive to the grocery store.



Other Things to Note:

Controls for the pool and spa are on opposite side of the house from the spa.

Check-in is private and self-guided. We won’t be there in person, but we’re available 24/7—call or text us anytime if any issues come up.
