Our houseman speaks English and Spanish and our onsite staff works Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).



The APARTMENTS

The Loft (ELOISA, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4). This large split-level, TWO bedroom residence with soaring twelve foot ceilings comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and is located on the ground floor of the main house. It offers open-concept living and dining (seating for 8+) and has both a private front and back entrance (walkout to the inner courtyard). Marvelous ocean and garden views compliment the space.



The Chef's Delight (BERILO, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 1 Queen-sleeper Sleeps 6). This large TWO bedroom residence with fully equipped chef's kitchen is located on the second level of the main house. It's soaring twelve foot ceiling, clay tiled roof and large private terrace (with BBQ, loungers and dining for 8) awaits you. Spectacular ocean, town and mountain views that can't be ignored.



The Penthouse (RUFO, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 2). This ONE bedroom gem is located on the third level of the main house. One of the most sought after retreats in the Villa, this residence features a large covered private terrace with dining for 4+. The living room and kitchenette share the outdoor space.



THE VILLA

ColibrÍ is a luxurious seven bedroom retreat within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping the Gay Village and the iconic Los Muertos beach. This 7,500 square foot staffed Villa is divided into four sophisticated apartments each with their own kitchen, living and dining area. This unique design offers up to 16 guests that extra bit of privacy for that perfect getaway within a getaway.



Lush tropical gardens throughout the Villa provide the ideal surrounding to view the dozens of hummingbirds which visit daily. It’s only fitting that each residence has been named after these magical creatures. A mix of private and shared terraces offer spectacular views of the Town, Banderas Bay, Sierra Madre Mountains and the majestic Crown of Our Lady Guadalupe. A heated (November throughout March) rooftop salt water pool, lounge areas and bar provide the perfect day or night setting for rest and relaxation. With an emphasis on outdoor living, the inner courtyard is just one of many areas where groups can gather for business and/or pleasure. Whether it be for a wedding, or a romantic dinner for two COLIBRÍ has you covered. COLIBRÍ is uniquely suited to host large and small gatherings such as weddings, reunions, birthdays and corporate and not-for-profit events.



Guest Access:

Two private terraces (BERILO and RUFO) offer spectacular views of the garden, town and hillside, Banderas Bay and/or the majestic Crown of our Lady Guadalupe.



Rooftop amenities include heated (November throughout March) saltwater pool, two lounge areas with umbrellas, bar and dining area (seating for up to 16).



A total of five dining areas. The Loft (seating for 8+), The Chef's Delight (seating for 8), The Penthouse (seating for 4+), Inner courtyard (seating for 8+) and Rooftop (seating for 16).



Inner courtyard with a mix of casual seating, dining area (seating for 8+) and a built-in 4 burner Weber barbecue with rotisserie (a two burner Weber BBQ is also available in the Chef's Delight). Front courtyard with a mix of casual seating and lush tropical gardens. A garden path on the second level adds to the beauty of the property.



Casa Colibrí is divided into three sophisticated private residences with kitchen facilities in each including a Chef's kitchen.



Casa Colibrí is equipped with 3 full sized refrigerators W/freezers, 2 full sized gas ranges W/oven, and a large chest freezer. Bar fridge, two burner ceramic cooktop and toaster oven in the Penthouse.



Each residence comes with a 12-cup coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, microwave and an assortment of cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, stemware, cutlery, cooking utensils, serving platters and bowls. A 45-cup coffee maker and a 4-slice toaster are also available.



Complimentary pantry items in each residence include salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee, tea and sugar.



Laundry facilities are available. Personal items may be laundered for a small fee. Not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Each residence is equipped with an iron and ironing board.



Each residence has a 55 inch Samsung LED Smart televisions. Complimentary Netflix.



A Harmon Kardon system for streaming music from your bluetooth enabled device is available in each residence.



The entire property is serviced by high speed Fibre Optic cable. The entire property is covered by WIFI W/6 separate broadcasting access points.



Air conditioners are available in all bedrooms. Ceilings fans are located in the bedrooms and living/dining/kitchen areas.



Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, paper products, bath, hand and beach towels provided.



800 thread count sheets and pillowcases with duvet also provided.



Security safes available in each residence.



Free local and long distance calls to Canada and The USA (some restrictions apply).



OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Housekeeping is provided. Our houseman is fluent in both Spanish and English. Our staff works Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays).



Please note that staff gratuities have not been included in the rental price.



Filtered/bottled water is provided at no extra cost.

Casa Colibrí is located a short distance up a hill within walking distance to Zona Romantica.



Getting Around:

Casa Colibrí is walking distance away from restaurants, bars, local shopping and the Gay Village. Day trips for a variety of activities (such as zip lining, ATV tours, Botanical Gardens and whale watching) are also easily accessible and can be arranged. UBER and taxi service also available.
