What a great house and location. Off the beaten path and close enough to what the peninsula has to offer. The house has everything you need. Some issues arose such as: microwave stopped working, the outdoor shower didnā€™t work but there is an outdoor foot bath to use, the outdoor grill burners need some TLC plus one of the BR aircon units needed repairs, but no show stoppers. The concierge was very responsive and the manager hooked us up with a fresh fish source. If we choose Belize for vacation the Green Tower is definitely on the top of our list.

A slice of paradise!!

The worst part about this property was having to pack up and departā€” seriously! Hands down, this was one of my favorite VRBO homes to date. There was no reason to leave home, with a fully equipped kitchen and beachfront access with. 20 yards. What more could you want ?

Beautiful Home and Property!

We loved staying at the Green Tower House. The home is beautifully designed and has a fully stocked kitchen. It was exactly what our family (4 teenagers + parents) needed. We dedicated several days of our vacation to staying at the house and enjoying all it offers: private beach, 2 double kayaks, lounge chairs on the back patio, stargazing on the rooftop at night, outdoor grill, and sunset + sunrise views. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are air conditioned. The local Vacasa staff members were helpful and responsive to the few requests we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Would not recommend this house. Not very clean, house lacked maintenance and water isnā€™t potable. Buy water and ice for drinking. Far away from everything.

Luxury in a quiet and remote location

The property is absolutely stunning with a nice sandy beach & plenty of room for the kids to sports. Many places to hang a hammock that you could buy in town. This property is very remote and extremely quiet! I would highly recommend having a rental vehicle. Publics is the closest, cleanest, best place to shop and is 20 mins south. Mings is right in Placencia 30 min south and had some things we could not find at Publics. There is a health store in Placencia that had a few Vegan/vegetarian things. there is a great little coffee shop called Brewed awakenings, Amazing coffee and Smoothie Bowls.Best Pina Colada - Azule del Mar. Best Margarita and best food - Maya Bistro. For adventure we used Ian Andersons Caves Branch and they were amazing. I highly recommend at least visiting some of the Cayes while in Belize. we spent a day at Caye Caulker and wish we had have spent a couple days there. I was really disappointed with the property management company and otherwise would have given the review 5 stars. they are quick to respond and do not action any of your concerns. There were no paddles or life jackets for the Kayaks, no tabs for the dishwasher, the washing machine was extremely unbalanced. I do not believe that there was anyone at the property for many days before our arrival given the amount of animal poop on the back deck. Given my experience I would have held the property management co more accountable at the beginning of our trip and would recommend others do the same.

Weā€™ll stocked home, towels, ice chests and large ice maker! Has everything you need! The only thing missing is dishwasher tabs and hard to find in the stores, bring your own if you donā€™t want to hand wash dishes! Great place to unwindšŸ˜Ž

Amazing location, great decor!

We loved our getaway at the Green Tower. The beach is gorgeous and we had all sorts of iguanas and lizards to keep us company. We spent most days either snorkeling or using the kayaks right from the house. In our downtime we even played a few board games which led to some lively entertainment! Pro tip - make sure to spend your evenings on the rooftop deck. You can see what seems like every star in the solar system!

The house was set up beautifully. The beds were amazing and I was worried about the ac but it worked like a charm! Beautiful private beach. Vacasa concierge was great. We felt welcome. We rented a golf cart yet knowing know we would have rented a car. 8 mikes doesnā€™t sound that far but it is a ways off from downtown and the dining and shopping. Could easily accommodate 6+ people. Absolutely would return. People in Pkacencia were amazing!!!

Beautiful Beach House and Views

My family and I spent 4 nights at the Green Tower House. The home is very modern and beautiful with a great back covered patio and an outdoor kitchen. The home is kept very clean with great attention to detail. The roof top patio provides great views of the ocean during the day and amazing view of the stars at night. Carolina and Juan were very attentive, as well as Vero, who helped with car rental reservations. Thank you all!

Bday getaway

This house is beautiful and well appointed. We came for my partnerā€™s birthday and she couldnā€™t have been more pleased. Right on the beach on a quiet, private road. We loved the fresh lime tree growing out front and made friends with the neighborā€™s friendly dog! A little bit of a drive (but enjoyable) to the village but that worked well for us given the location and quiet. The property manager Carolina was very responsive and our concierge Vero bent over backwards to schedule tours, book reservations, give recommendations and overall make our trip great. I would highly recommend this property!

A designer dream house

I stayed at the Green Tower House and was struck by the attention to detail by the owners. The design of the house is amazing and I had a hard time finding a single flaw. The use of local hardwoods in tasteful way, the use of the large windows for natural might and amazing views and the well maintained building and grounds made me feel like I was in a high end contemporary Malibu beach house. The location, though a bit remote from the population centers in Placencia, worked well for us. It was just far enough away, but close enough to get supplies or a meal; though with that kitchen, who needs to dine out? Vero the concierge from VACASA was extremely helpful and responsive during the rental process, as was Kaprie, the property manager who was accommodated us with an early access to the house by my daughter to decorate for a birthday surprise. I would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect Family Vacation

We truly enjoyed our Family Vacation to Belize & the Green Tower House. This is a high end home with features you do not expect in a vacation rental. Folding patio doors in kitchen, dining, master, and queen bedrooms. All with tremendous views of the Caribbean Sea, Automatic Blinds, ice machine, high end fixtures everywhere. This is a really nice place with a great layout. We had a rental car and I would say it is a must for this location. We actually flew into Belize City and took the rental van for the 3hr drive to the house. My family of 6 kids 22,20,18,15 truly enjoyed the space. Cooked dinner almost ever night except one and the kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils needed. The other night we had a private chef come in and cook for us. Kara from Omarā€™s. It was an incredible meal of Red Snapper. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed spending a few full days at the house hanging out, but also did some excursions on our own. Snorkeling with Daytripper was Fantastic one day, Ixcacao chocolate plantation tour / Mayan ruins was great another day, and our last day we did a challenging hike to a beautiful waterfall at Cockscomb Jaguar Sanctuary. extremely cool!!! We would all recommend the Green Tower House and we loved Belize!!!

Great family get away

We stayed at the Green Tower House with our family (three kids between 18 and 19) and found it to be a perfect place. There was enough space for everyone, the house had everything you could ever want and then some. It was clean and the ability to open the doors wide open to the deck was a real treat. The house is a bit out of Maya Beach and Placencia so good idea to have a car. We had golf carts and that worked but a car would be better for those quick runs to the grocery store. Close to the house is the Lost Reef Resort (fun place for a evening drink and meal). Also, we loved that we could hang out at the Placencia Resort (2 miles from the house). As long as you bought some drinks they were cool with you hanging by the best pool on the Peninsula. And a bit of a hidden gem on the lagoon side was Pot Liquor...amazing pizza. And of course Placencia is all youā€™ve heard about. We would highly recommend to others and plan on coming back ourselves.

Wonderful Property & Great Neighbors!

Initial concerns with the location were unfounded...easy to get to Maya Beach & restaurant/bar in Riversdale was handy. The house is great although the TV requires an Apple account And the washing machine was marked as out of order. The information books left by the owners were extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful mini vacation at the Green Tower House. The home is gorgeous and incredibly well equipped! There was not a single thing we lacked. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and directly on the beach - exactly what we were looking for. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you very much for hosting us!
