Welcome to Tip'Sea Starfish Beach House! This 3 story townhouse is steps to the beach with ocean views from both 2nd and 3rd floor balconies! This home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 16. With over 2500 sqft, there is plenty of room for everyone!

Home has a private pool that was just installed! Pool can be heated for additional fee.

Home is equipped with 2 ionized air filtration systems that helps clean/kill viruses and bacteria particles in the air.

Tankless water heater was recently installed so everyone can enjoy hot showers!

Home is situated exactly halfway between public beach access #7 and #8. Take your pick! The beach access points are located behind the home just across quiet residential Gulf Drive and is only a 1 minute walk to the beach! No busy roads to cross.

Parking for up to 5 vehicles - four in driveway and one in garage. Either 5 small to midsize vehicles or 3 extra-large SUV's/pickup trucks.

TOUR OF HOME: Home is located on the beach side of Thomas Drive on the quiet, East end of Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park and within walking distance of Schooner's. FIRST LEVEL has a one car garage for extra parking and three bedrooms; two bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom and the third bedroom has a private bathroom. The private fenced back yard with heated swimming pool and patio area is perfect for grilling out and is easily accessible from the third bedroom as well as from the side of the house. Laundry room with Washer and Dryer is in the hallway. SECOND LEVEL has a large, open living room, kitchen and dining area with seating for 11, half bathroom, master bedroom with walk in closet, and master bathroom that includes separate tub and shower, a double sink vanity and a private toilet. The living room has a flat screen cable TV, and a comfy over-sized reclining sectional couch perfect for relaxing. It comes fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and small appliances that you need for those great family meals together. There is a private balcony located off of the living room area that offers ocean views and a dining table with seating for 8. THIRD LEVEL has a loft game room which includes a Foosball table, dart board wall, poker table, bookcase full of board games, and a bunk bed system! There is also a flat screen cable TV which makes this loft ideal as a kid's retreat or adult hang out. The balcony off the third level also has ocean views and is perfect for watching the sunset.

Check-in: 4 pm or later. This is a firm check-in time. No check in hassles - use your key code for key-less entry and just walk right in when you arrive.

Check out: 10 am. This is a firm check out time. Late check-outs could result in fees due to strict cleaning schedules.

Max occupancy is 16. Max number of adults is 11. (Bunk beds do have weight limits and are more suitable for kids or small adults). SORRY, NO RENTALS TO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE GROUPS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not book the property if you are a high school or college group due to inevitable cancellation.

No parties/events. Parties will result in immediate eviction. No refund.

St. Andrews State Park is a couple miles down the road. You can plan a ferry ride to Shell Island, hike, picnic, kayak, or spend time on beach. There are several restaurants, bars and stores within walking distance. Schooner's is our personal favorite and is only a short walk. Several other restaurants and stores within walking distance too! Dollar General is only a 2 block walk to get all your groceries, wine, beer, and other household items you may have forgot to pack!
