The Front Room features a 50 inch ROKU Smart TV with a cable box attached with extra plug ins & HDMI cables! They run to the shelf under the TV for easy plug in for any additional streaming players. As well as a ROKU 40 inch Smart TV with Spectrum cable and streaming capabilities.

The Second Bedroom has a 32 inch ROKU TV with Spectrum app installed as well as ability to stream anything! You are covered for
entertainment!!

The Bathrooms have both been completely remodeled with new vanity cabinets, new tile in showers, new countertops and shower doors. And if you're worried about having a shower with weak water pressure, don't be! Both bathrooms have fantastic water pressure and give an amazing shower!

Stunning solid wood doors throughout the condo, including the bi-folds for the closets! All doors & door trim are hand stained with an
oil rubbed finish. All hardware on the doors and in the bathrooms is top quality oil rubbed bronze.

Beautiful Chef’s Kitchen! It has all of the appliances and accessories one could yearn for. Lots of brand-new dishes, glassware, silverware,

Exceeded Expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was great for our family of four and felt spacious and comfortable. The unit exceeded expectations. It was clean with comfortable beds and couches, ample dishes and appliances (toaster and toaster oven, coffee press and standard coffee maker, an ice maker in the fridge/freezer, plenty of towels. We also appreciated the beach/pool and tennis supplies in the closet including a small cooler and some chairs. Although it does not have AC, the doors/windows open with good screens and the ceiling fans work great to get a nice cross breeze through the unit. This was preferable to another unit we rented on the island with very loud wall based AC units.

We cooked meals at the condo bc my daughter has allergies to various foods and the kitchen had all supplies needed. Even things for us to store if we had leftovers. Beautiful place and quiet.

Beautiful!!

This condo is gorgeous and has beautiful furniture and decor. Lots of extras (towels, beach stuff) for use. The washer and dryer was super convenient and beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Can't wait to come back. The property management team is helpful as well, we had zero issues. Would absolutely stay again.

Very nice condo, neat and good location

The property is beautiful. we had one issue with the second bedroom, although there were two large closets in the bedroom they were both locked as they were designated for owners. So no place to hang up clothes in that bedroom. There were several good options for the owners to designate for their use, as example, the bathroom had ample storage space under the sink that could have been used to store towels, etc and used the large linen closet as the owners private space, and left at leastONE of the large closets open for renters. I was very inconvenient as we had to disrupt the other guests in the master bedroom to use their closet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space was as described. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. Plenty of beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Loved having a washing machine and dryer. There were extra fans available for use as there was no air conditioning. We left the windows open to cool things down, however, the main bedroom is next to the parking lot, so leaving windows open overnight is quite noisy when people come in late and talk in the parking lot. Other than that, the property has a lot of amenities and is convenient to access.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo and loved the lanai. We're from the Midwest and worked some early in the morning the view and peacefulness made that a lot easier. Everything was great and it had everything you may need. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely light and open ground level corner unit.

The great room opened out onto large wrap around patio overlooking lush lawn and manicured landscape with far off view of ocean. Wonderful spot for coffee, sunning, napping, or a glass of wine. We were away most of the time. Kitchen well equipped. I had bought a bottle of wine and noticed that was the one kind of glass that was missing so I sent a text and a new set of wine glasses was promptly delivered. Even though both bedrooms have tvs, when it was verified the main one didn’t work, a new one was purchased and installed right away. Very good service. Condo has one private king bedroom and a second queen extended off the living room, which seats 6-8 people. We loved our stay. A note of caution. Even though it’s a ground unit there are several steps to the entry so it wouldn’t be great for someone with mobility issues. Beautiful pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and nice walk to the beach. Convenient location. Nearby grocery store and shopping center, five miles to a small Walmart with limited food supply, and five miles from very friendly Catholic Church. The cantor had a voice like Josh Grobin. Many restaurants to choose from.

The decor is classy, understated, and made up feel like we were at a 5-star resort. It is clear they stay here themselves and this is not just a rental with cheap or well-worn furniture. The owners have thought of every single thing you might need on your trip, down to an ice pack in the freezer! Very private and peaceful. We did not want to leave and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

The unit we stayed in was absolutely beautiful. The owners had provided towels as well as water sport supplies. Bedrooms were roomy and it was all nicely decorated. My only complaint with the unit is no air conditioning. The overall property is also beautiful. There are scenic views over the ocean and you’re a short distance to beaches and shopping.

Loved every minute; home away from home!

Perfect Kona area condo!

My family & I loved this condo for our visit in March. The Big Island is BIG, but this location was conveniently located for all of our Kona side adventures. The gardens are AMAZING, the large lanai is DIVINE, the interior super clean & exactly as pictured, and the lack of a/c was not a problem. There were occasional footsteps heard above, but that is condo life & it was very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to stay at this condo in paradise!

Bright, clean and fully stocked!

We have stayed at 5 different condos on the Big Island and this was the best stocked (kitchen supplies, beach supplies) and had an amazing lanai. Big windows brought in oodles of light. Bed was very comfortable. Also had a great garborator, which meant we could put most of our fruit and veggie peels down the drain instead of into the land fill. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Hawaiian Oasis

We could not have asked for a better place the stay on the Big Island. The condo is spacious, updated, and very comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee on the patio. The complex as a whole is wonderful, with a great pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Watching the sunset from the shore is a just a few steps outside the front door and never disappoints. Really convenient location near the grocery store and restaurants. Just a short trip down the road to Kona town and beaches within 15/20 minutes drive north and south.

Boujee on a budget

From the moment I first punched in the code on the keypad and step foot into the apartment, I immediately knew I had made the right decision. It was beautiful, clean, bright and spacious, exactly the way it had been portrayed in the photos on the listing. The surrounding amenities were fabulous as well, with a plethora of propane grills, ample visitor parking, a tennis court and a golf course right in our backyard. The next time I visit the Big Island, I will definitely be booking this again!

Short drive to Kona or Capt Cook’s snorkeling bay. Close to groceries/drugstore.

Amazing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a unit in the tennis and racket ball club. It was amazing. Not only the accommodations great, they thought of everything. In our unit we had coolers for the beach, beach towels, umbrellas, lawn chairs, sand toys, and the list goes on! I would highly recommend this unit to someone else. The only minor downfall is that there is no air conditioning. Coming from Canada we embraced the heat and humidity, but certainly was a little warm in the evenings.
