Welcome to our beautiful top floor condo, located on the crystal clear shores of the Gulf of Mexico. This exquisite beachfront condo is just fabulous! The owners of this property have taken great care to make every area of this vacation home outstanding. Between its dramatic location fronting Indian Rocks Beach near Indian Shores, the wonderful tropical furnishings, and magnificent oceanfront views, you'll see why this condominium is in such demand.

Located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater, this large and scenic condo offers everything you need to have a truly remarkable experience. Positioned on the top level of the beautiful Beach Cottage Resorts, this condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 smart TVs, (streaming ready), DVD player, WIFI for all your mobile devices, and of course air conditioning. There is also a washer/dryer, private phone, extra linen, barbecue grill, and your balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.

As part of a resort, you're also provided with a large sun deck featuring a heated pool and spa, and outdoor dining and grilling. The private beach to this resort is only a footstep away, and the location provides plenty of restaurants and attractions for all of your entertainment desires. With incredible views and comfortable living accommodations, it's no wonder why some of our guests have said this vacation spot is the closest thing to heaven!

** We only do weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4pm on Saturdays. No early check-ins allowed. **

Great Time in Indian Shores

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottage. The communication with Martin prior to our stay and the check-in processes were excellent. The condo itself was as presented; roomy, clean, all needed supplies were available and a great view of the beach.

What a wonderful relaxing getaway

This is a great place to getaway and relax. There are a lot of things you can do in the area but for us it was all about sun and sand. Unlike places up or down the coast the units are quite close to the beach so you can quickly get out and relax in the water. The unit is very nice and everything works as it should. With the doors shut it is nice and quiet or if you want to sit on the deck during the day you get some pool noise but can still clearly here the surf in the background. The pool closes fairly early which makes sitting on the deck under the stars a very enjoyable experience. I would return to this property and would recommend it if you are looking for an oceanfront getaway.

Don’t Stay here if you’re expecting a clean place!

Filthy bathrooms, musty smell and building maintenance issues. No WiFi. We were stuck in apartment with no water & to allow Wi-Fi service people to work on repairs.

How was I so lucky to get these 2 ladies to rent from me. When they checked into the condo WiFi was out because Spectrum was updating their equipment in the area and had to come to the unit and replace the equipment. When the technician from Spectrum arrived to install the new equipment these 2 ladies did not allow the technician to come into the condo to make the updates and repairs. The updates were completed by Spectrum after they checked out. I guess they wanted to complain that they did not have WiFi. During their stay one day the Water dept. posted a notice that the water would be turned off so they could make repairs to the main line on the street which affected several buildings in our area. The repair was completed in less than one hour and water was back on. Sounds like they were without water the whole week in their review. Our condo is not filthy and does not smell musty. Our condo is cleaned professionally by our cleaning service that does a excellent job. If you look at the previous reviews, none of them mention that my condo is filthy. Before they checked out, they stated that they wanted all their money back for the week or they will write a very nasty review. I did not give them their money back so I got a nasty review. I would never consider renting to these people again. Hope that after careful review VRBO will take their review down. Thank you. Martin Bokesch #177655

This Condo was extremely clean, well maintained and fully stocked. The towels were a bit worn but I’m sure they will be replaced soon. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. You will not want to miss the sunset views from the balcony!!!!

Room with a view!

Enjoyed the evening sunsets and daily beach walks. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a family Thanksgiving retreat. Only drawback was the condition of the building which was clearly worn. Jacuzzi was shut down and there was some noise from below. Martin was wonderful to work with! We will be back.

Beautiful Accommodations

From the time I booked, until the time I left the property was a wonderful experience. The host corresponded via email and telephone with all instructions and checked in on us before we left. Beautiful furnishings, brand new appliances, a well equipped kitchen, and a stocked linen closet made our stay very enjoyable. Gorgeous balcony views, assigned parking space, secure building, less crowded beach, and hardly any traffic are just some of the things that made our trip amazing! Highly recommend this property!

Red tide

Mr.Martin was a pleasure to work with. The Condo was as described, nice an roomy with a pretty good view of the ocean. The property pool is rather small. Having gas grill on the property was a plus. Unfortunately while we were there the diswasher was out until Friday. We came to the beach for our daughter's 16 birthday. Due to the red tide was never able to get in the water. However we would definitely reccomend the the unit and hope to go back next year. The area is more family oriented Then other destination we have been too Overall 4 out of 5 condo 3 out of 5 on property.

This place was beautiful, the sunsets were amazing. The property was easy to navigate and very close to just about anything you would need. Very peaceful, and the beaches did not disappoint.

The condo exceeded expectations. First impression was same as Final impression. Amazing!

Oh the joy I felt to open the door and find this property to be far better than I could've hoped. The owners obviously have an eye for design/style and their attention to detail is impeccable. I took my 17 year old son and multiple electronic devices and was delighted to find the wifi service supported our need to stay connected. The owner was attentive before, during and since our stay to ensure we were accommodated and satisfied. If I were forced to offer any criticism; I would be hard pressed to do so. No regrets to mention, only fondness for a wonderful stay in this unit.

Loved it!

We so enjoyed our stay last week in this beautiful condo! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay that is super close to the beach - this is it! The complex as a whole was so clean and well cared for. We normally stay closer to Clearwater area, but enjoyed Indian Shores due to how close it was to John's Pass shopping and water activities. So many good restaurants in this area & beautiful sunsets to watch. Thank you Martin for allowing us to stay here! We made some great memories & hope to return again in the future.

Excellent Beach Front Condo

We wanted to get away for 10 days or so to Florida, and as very frequent clients of VRBO in Europe and the USA, we turned to VRBO to locate a condo in the greater Tampa Bay area. After looking at many adverts for condos, we found this condo to be the best in all of the criteria that we look for. We rate this property 5 Stars, and give it a 10 out of 10 in the following: #1 Prime beach location, very well kept up #2 Proximity to the beach, and the condo has a closet full of everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and much more. #3 The closeness of several grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants. #4 Everything you would need in the kitchen from dishes, silver, pots and pans and more. #5 A washer and dryer and much more amenities in the condo. #6 A great heated pool, and grills for cooking out right there on the property, great for an end of the day on the beach. The biggest plus for this condo is the price. In looking for a place to stay, we found many condos costing alot more that did not measure up to the quality of this condo. The owners live in the mid west, and are two of the nicest people to deal with, as they are willing to make sure your stay in their condo in Indian Shores will leave you with good memories of your time there. We intend on returning to Tampa again again, and this condo will again be our 1st choice of property. From one old Marine to another - Semper Fi, and thank you Martin for letting us stay in your great condo - Mary and Al / MA

WONDERFUL BEACH CONDO

MY HUSBAND AND I SPENT 2 WEEKS IN MARCH IN THIS WONDERFUL CONDO. BEDS WERE EXTERMLY COMFORTABLE AND LOVED HAVING A WASHER AND DRYER. LOVED HAVING MORNING COFFEE ON THE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE BEAUTIFUL GULF AND WATCHING THE SUNSETS IN THE EVENING. OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTIFUL CONDO
