Located in the quiet community of Morgantown, A Sun Rae Hideaway offers guests the opportunity to enjoy a brand new beach home with ample space inside and out for up to 10 guests! This home is just a short walk from one of Morgantown’s 4 beach boardwalks for easy access to the beach. Also nearby, are the community’s 2 pools and tennis courts. Morgantown even offers a kiddie pool for the little ones to enjoy splashing. After a day at the beach, guests can look forward to relaxing in comfort and style! A Sun Rae Hideaway offers ample outdoor space to enjoy from the shaded area under the house to the large covered front and back porches. Take in the sunset from the rocking chairs and enjoy the gulf breezes!

Inside the home, no detail has been spared with modern decor and furnishings. The living area features plush seating, a large TV, and access to both the front and back covered decks, plus a sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 guests. In addition, the living room offers cute beanbags for the kids in the family. The living area flows into the open dining area, which also allows guests to take in the views while enjoying a meal. 
The showstopping kitchen features wall-to-wall windows for plenty of light to prepare a meal and enjoy the view! The kitchen also offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, extra seating at the bar, and more than enough storage for snacks and supplies. Small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware are provided to give guests the comforts of home while on vacation. 

A Sun Rae Hideaway offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The gorgeous master bedroom features a king-sized bed to sleep 2, views all around, a TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. On the other side of the house, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a sunny and fun hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 features a queen-sized bed to sleep 2 and a TV as well. Bedroom 3 is a great space for kids, offering two sets of twin bunk beds to sleep 4. Two additional guests can sleep on the living room sofa sleeper.

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
