Great Villa

Wonderful location within Mauna Lani. Beautiful golf course views and distant views of the ocean and Kohala mountains. The bikes that were provided were great for riding g around the resort and neighborhood.

Perfect Week for a family

We loved the location of this property as well as all the amenities. HIghly recommend renting a golf cart. Love the nearby beach club, grocery, restaurants Napua and Canoe House. Can’t wait to come back

Amazing experience!!

The hosts were so communicative and super accommodating to our early check in for our bosses. The house and pool are incredible.

Perfect aloha

The house and pool were just as amazing as in the pictures. The house had tons of space for our group of 7 and was well stocked with basic supplies and super clean. We loved how close it was to all our favorite beaches and the access to the mauna lani beach club was a bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place to rent on the Big Island! We are thankful for the clear instructions, tips and tricks, and website portal. We especially enjoyed: -the grill (extra tank needed and was ready for us!) -games to keep our kids off screens -bikes to keep us all moving -gym facilities and trails close to the house for physical activity -Beach Club has wonderful snorkeling and sand for playing -a rare (!) set of great chef knives (cooking at home saved us tons of money and restaurant headaches) -pool and spa for our private use -open floor plan kept us all involved with each other -lanai for breezy afternoons -bathroom setup is great for big groups -privacy and quiet outdoor areas -Sonos for our beach tunes This is our second time in this neighborhood and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful 12-day stay and would absolutely stay here again. The Mauna Lani resort location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted while still being peaceful and relaxing.The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully organized. One thing we really appreciated was the kitchen. It was well stocked, with quality pots, pans, dishware, cooking tools, and an excellent knife set that made preparing meals easy.The amenities were outstanding as well. Having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and the community gym was a huge bonus and added a lot to our stay. The pool and hot tub were both in great shape. No issues heating the hot tub. The backyard is directly in the sun for most of the afternoon and pool water was always great.The owner was also excellent to work with. Communication was prompt, friendly, and responsive from booking through checkout. Photos on listing are accurate. Note the pullout in the downstairs space isn't a traditional bed but more futon style. Overall, this is a beautiful, well-maintained property in a great location with everything needed for an extended stay. We highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Wonderful family trip

We have been staying in the Mauna Lani Area for over 10 years. We have stayed in the Kamilo and villages neighborhoods. This property was a fantastic selection based on the house and all of the amenities..We have stayed at most of the rentals in the area and this house was by far the cleanest and most organized. We enjoyed every moment staying in this house.We would highly recommend this property.

Great property! Even better than the pictures!

We highly recommend this property. Everything was great! Super easy check in, the house was beautiful, and clean, and even better than the pictures! Lots of Space for the 3 adults and 3 kids we had with us. The pool and spa were great! Having the beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, snorkel stuff, coolers etc was amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this place!

Family Vacation

I recently stayed at this property and had an exceptional experience. It was perfect for our large family, offering space and comfort. The spa and pool were fantastic amenities that we enjoyed daily. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, making meal preparations a breeze. Situated in a quiet gated neighborhood, the property also provided stunning views that we appreciated each morning. Communication with the property manager were quick to respond with any concerns and questions we had. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, spacious property

This was exactly what we were looking for in a rental property. We had a total of 8 in our party, 6 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough room for all of us to be comfortable in our own space. There was also a lot to do. Beautiful beaches nearby, bikes to ride around, grocery store right down the road, and bigger pools/jacuzzis to choose from. There's really no need to leave the house because it has everything you need.

Unforgettable!!

What an incredible vacation we had and this property was just as described and perfect in every way. The beach club is close and excellent and one of the very best beaches in the country is only 12 minutes away, the gym and pool even closer and with a quick stop at Costco only about 30 minutes from the airport. We watched the sunset every night from the beach and I was able to see the sunrise most mornings as well. The golf is incredible and they have twilight rates and good prices for teens so the boys had a fabulous time. The big island does not disappoint. There is so much to do. If you want an easy, luxurious beach, pool, mountain, volcano, scuba diving, hiking, triathlon vacation, this is your place. We will be back!

I'm not sure how our stay at LOTUS PAD could have been any better. The property manager was extremely helpful and extremely prompt in replying to minor issues we encountered during our stay. The home may have been the best equipped we've experienced for towels, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kitchen appliances, cleaning and essential supplies. Everything worked well and the instructions the property manager provided were extremely helpful. Those are the practical considerations.Here's why you want to stay at LOTUS PAD. The surroundings are idyllic, set on the fairway of a Par 3 hole on the Mauna Lani golf course overlooking a beautiful mountain range and the ocean in the background. We especially enjoyed our mornings on the upper lanai with breakfast and coffee! The interior living areas are vast, extremely well-appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen is a chef's dream with upscale appliances and all of the tools needed to make great meals. The outdoor grill was wonderful. The bedrooms and bathrooms featured very comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms, and all the towels you could ever need. The internet and the cable TVs were top notch.I can't say enough about the pool, which is beautiful, spacious, clean and calming. Having said that, you're near Hapuna Beach, which is incredible and the Mauna Lani Beach Club which features a private beach. LOTUS PAD is near great restuarants, grocery stores and shopping. What a wonderful place.

Beautiful property in great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Lotus Pad. The house is spacious and well furnished. All three bedrooms were very comfortable. I'm kind of picky about beds, and the bed was great. The eating area was large, and there were plenty of plates, pots, etc. We loved the pool and hot tub. The hot tub did have to be heated before use, which took about 90 minutes. Note that you can change the temperature it's heated to up to 104 degrees, which is as high as is safe for hot tubs. The downstairs had an alarm on the door, which we appreciated since we have a little one. I was glad we rented a 2 story house since we loved going out on the upstairs lanai and leaving the doors open in the evenings when the weather cooled. The house was very well equipped. I really appreciated that we could rent a full sized crib. In addition, the house had a high chair, games for the kids, balls and water toys, snorkel equipment, beach chairs. It was great not having to drag everything, like snorkel gear, with us from home. The house is very well located. Waikoloa is a great community, and within a couple miles of the house are multiple beautiful beaches. In addition, I particularly liked the private beach you have access to. The snorkeling there was wonderful and felt very safe. My only complaint is that they limit the A/C to 72 degrees. I woke up sweating the first couple of nights. For nearly a grand a night, I'd like to be able to cool the house to 69 or 70! Overall, though, highly recommended and we'd stay there again.

Great place

We very much enjoyed staying at this amazing place. We ran into a pool heating glitch the day we arrived but the management took care of it immediately. We will definitely come back to this place in the future. The beach associated with this property is great and all beach tools for both kids and grownup are abundance.

Great Location

Great location, very comfortable. Lots of kitchen, beach amenities. Overlooking the golf course with a sliver of ocean in the distance. Could have been a little cleaner but overall would recommend.

Mauna Lani Villa

This is a great property! It has a beautiful pool right off the golf course. Great amenities, kitchen, rooms. Beach chairs bikes umbrellas boogie boards are all available. I had not had a day off in over a year and this was just what the doctor ordered

Family Trip

Our party of six stayed here and had more than enough space and fun! The home was as advertised! It was very clean and well maintained. It had all the amenities to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We took the bikes around the community, used the parking pass and snorkeling fins (there were masks but we used our own) and parking pass to enjoy the private beach. Lastly, the PiH team was very responsive even for the little things! We felt at home away from home and would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful Oasis

Being that we are locals to Hawai'i Island, with all the restrictions to travel, others breaking restrictions and the pandemic... Our family needed some time away to celebrate our daughters 10th birthday. We found this gem and stayed here for 4 days. It was quaint, perfect and we were at ease to have our own private pool and time spent with those we hold dear. Not having to worry about wearing a mask and being in 6 feet distance from other acquantiances near a pool or in passing. Perfect, island getaway in the heart of Puako-Waikoloa! Will keep this gem in mind for future travel plans. Thank you!

Beautiful weekend in Paradise

Property was even more beautiful than the photos. Check in process was simple, home was equipped with all kitchen supplies we needed. The pool and hot tub was relaxing. The space of the home was perfect for us. The parking situation was a little tight. Our truck was too long for the garage so we were forced to leave the garage door open. Our second vehicle was forced to parked slanted in the drive way to fit. The experience was great and I hope that my family and I will one day be able to visit again.
