Sea Point- 3 bed 2 bath nestled in the oak trees on Copano Bay! Private Pier!

This super cute 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is the perfect place for a quiet weekend on the water. The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has hard wood floors, stainless steal appliances and plenty seating for everyone. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook your catch of the day and there is also a breakfast table for morning coffee or a quick place to feed the kids. Out to the living room there is all new furniture, a table that seats 6, a screened in porch and a queen size sleeper sofa for extra space. At the end of the hall you will find the master bedroom with a King size bed and an on suite bathroom. The shower is amazing and there are also double sinks. The second and third bedrooms both share a bathroom that is equally as wonderful. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third a full over full bunk bed. This home will sleep a total of 10 people. Outside you will find the most amazing pier just for the 3 houses in this complex. You can bring your boat and tie it up at the dock. There is a fish cleaning station and a kayak ramp. 2 boats MAX allowed at this unit. Kayaks are not provided. Each unit sits between huge oak trees. This house is also just a short drive to Rockport Beach and world class duck hunting is right out your back door. There are also the cutest deer that hangout right near the houses. I could go on and on or you could just make this your next vacation spot. Streaming TV only.

Lovely!

This lovely little cabin is tucked away perfectly among beautiful oak trees. It was clean and comfortable. The pier is a very short walk away, well kept, and we enjoyed great fishing all weekend. We take an annual fishing trip, and we all agreed we would like a second stay here.

Working vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed here 3or4 times thus far. It's a beautiful property, located on Copano Bay by the causeway. Fishing and crabbing from the pier is a great amenity to us. This last trip we used the kayak launch. We have always stayed in Unit A and like the location, space (we put our disc golf basket out in empty lot when we come, for extra fun) we love the screened in porch on this Unit, although on our last visit prior tenants have been rough on the screen door, so it needs a little love. Love that it's just a short drive to town for supplies, bait etc. We will most definitely be back

Wonderful property on the bay

Wonderful property that is secluded and right on the bay. The host was extremely nice and very communicative. The property was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Great location & decent value

We enjoyed our stay - the kitchen is pretty cozy but the bedrooms are large. Pretty much what I'd expect in a beach house at a value price. Thanks!

Great Family Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 20 people so we rented two houses on the property, there is actually 3. Houses were stocked nicely with pots and pans along with plates and glasses. Bedrooms were comfy and spacious. We absolutely had a great time with playing soccer, frisbee and using the 2 BBQ pits provided with firewood that we brought. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back.

Clean, peaceful and private

We truly enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, full kitchen, beds were comfortable and master shower is huge. The dock shares with 2 other houses in property but was still peaceful, got private use of it for night time fishing. The house we stayed at had a nice screened porch that we definitely used to relax and ate dinner in one night. Extra toiletries and small bag of kitchen soaps, trash bag and coffee filter was a helpful. Only marked off since we never heard back from a property manager/owner. The map took us on the driveway for the boat gate entrance (unbeknownst to us at the time), so the gate code we were given was not working to open, and we arrived late at night. We contacted listed number only given, no answer and no email response. We figured out there was another driveway and gate that is part of the property and able to get in. Although we got in, and emailed again that we did get in, we think the professional way would have been someone actually answered the call or called back to make sure we did get access even the next day. Overall, we did enjoy our short weekend visit because the property and house was that peaceful and wonderful. We come to Rockport about twice a year and we would definitely be back to use this property again.

We enjoyed.

Checked in Friday. Met our amazing neighbors. We all fished on the shorter then expected pier. The yard and area is well kept. The room said sleeps 10. We had 6, and had to bunk up in same bed. Other then that we made sure we had a great time.

Good Time

Good time. Only complaint was there was no where to plug the boat in to charge it in the required boat parking area.
