Guests at Summer House #401B will enjoy access to the on-site beachside pool, shady gazebo, indoor, heated pool, and extra-large hot tub. This complex also offers Omni tennis courts, a basketball court, and a putting green to keep your skills sharp while on vacation.

Experience regular live entertainment and ride the Ferris wheel at the Wharf, just six miles away. Arrange a fishing excursion through Zeke's Landing Marina, only two miles from your vacation rental. And if you're looking to spend some time outdoors, explore the 6,500 acres of Gulf State Park, accessible via the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, less than two miles down the road, or take a drive down to Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge, just 16 miles west.

THINGS TO KNOW
Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect

I loved how the place was laid out. Easy access to the pool and the beach. The view of the gulf was breathtaking and the beach wasn’t over crowded. I highly recommend this rental, I will come back here again.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed the outside pool was closed for construction and we were not made aware from the owner. This was a major issue for me. There were loud noises from construction work as well that we were not made aware. The property is beautiful and we will stay again!

Great room terrible matress

The corner room was great with all the windows. I was there to rest and rewind but didn't get effective rest with the mattress in the main bedroom it is completely broken down the middle. It made my body out of alignment , like my butt was in a hole and the rest of my body was twisted.

Great condo!

This was our second stay at Summer House, and first in this unit. Condo has been remodeled so needs new pics. Kitchen had just about everything you would need. Has a standard coffee pot and toaster oven. would suggest a toaster however. Plenty of hot water - guest bathroom tub faucet handle is loose and could use repair. The ocean view is amazing as was the wrap around balcony! Only complaint was the lack of parking (we were there the week of July 4). There was nowhere to park and attendant stated that people were giving out their parking codes and having guests sneak in. Very frustrating for those of us with legitimate parking passes. Otherwise great stay and would recommend!

Great property, book it!

This was a great condo! It was very clean and spacious. The wrap around balcony was great, you could see the ocean as well as the pool. Each room had its own door to the balcony which was nice. Only the master faced the ocean. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked in and had all the cookware needed. There were sufficient linens for our 4 day stay but we would have probably had to wash towels if we stayed the week. The facility provided enough detergent for 2 loads of laundry and 2 dishwasher loads. The elevators were a little slow on check in day-saturday but otherwise came quickly. The pool was clean and large enough to not feel over crowded. The only thing I could make a recommendation on is that it would be nice to have some sort of mat to walk in on after you are wet and sandy. Overall this is a great property and we would definitely rent it again!

Beautiful Space and Amazing View

Condo appears to have been recently remodeled and all thought it was beautiful. As this is a corner unit, the view from this unit was breathtaking. Would have given 5 stars, but the master bed sagged badly in the middle and calls to vacasa never resulted in anyone coming to look at it. Still, a great condo.

Great views This place was perfect for us.

This property is a great place to stay. It was clean and well stocked. Plenty of room. My sister has limited mobility and it was super easy for her to get around. We rented a beach wheelchair and the ramp made it easy. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

Summer vacation

Great property. Beautiful, large balcony. Lots of kitchen dishes, utensils, etc! Only negative we’re the beds were a little uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

The place looks nicer in the pictures than it is in person. The view and balcony are incredible, but that’s about it. We were only given 6 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths and 1 bath mat for a unit that could hold 8 people. That normally wouldn’t be too much of an issue, because there is a washer and dryer, however, the washing machine sounds like a helicopter taking off when it gets to the spin cycle. If you were in the room with the washer and dishwasher are going at the same time, you had to yell at each other to have a conversation. I think the appliances were original to the condo, except the fridge, which was nice. There is Dish Network boxes in ever room, but the TV’s are small. The bedding was adequate, but it was also very dated. My brother and sister also had corner units in that building, and both were much nicer and a little cheaper than this one. I’m giving it 3 stars because the AC worked well, and the view was beautiful.

Great Family week

Gorgeous view

The view from this big balcony is amazing. The condo is huge with ole Rt of room having 3 bedrooms. Quick walk to the pool and beach and center ally located for shopping and activities. The bed mattresses could be updated from the coil old school kind, but beyond that we had no complaints.

Great Views

This unit has a beautiful view from all the rooms. This unit is run down and needs some care. The carpet is horrible and the mold on the master bathroom ceiling is very disturbing. I reported it the first day I arrived and nothing was done.
