Would choose it again/ recommend

We loved the location, there was plenty of room for everyone. Having access to a washer and dryer was very convenient.

Needs Updating

Pics of property look fresh and new which is not what we experienced. Great location and love the beach access, but maintenance in the unit is needed. Faucets loose, lights burnt out, cabinets separating from the wall in the kitchen, non-functioning outlets throughout the unit. Needs painting to freshen up the place.

Not what we expected 09/23/24 through 09/28/24

The condo was truly an oceanfront condo and the view was beautiful. I t was truly a short walk to the beach. The pool, hot tub, and gym was clean. The staff at the condo were very friendly.

Stay away from this unit.

This unit was very outdated and not worth the money. None of the bathroom power outlets worked which was a terrible mistake inconvenience. All week we asked that they be fixed but never got any kind of resolution. No response from anyone. Stay away.

Beach vacation

Great location. Nice condo but the showers were not clean which resulted in us cleaning the bathrooms when we arrived. Loved the pool and beach access and central location to everything.

Great Location - Unit could use some work

The location and condo building are great! The main issue was that the master bathroom outlets do not work. We contacted the property managers right away, who were quick to respond, but all they could tell us was they had submitted a ticket. 7 days without power in the master bathroom was a big inconvenience. The unit itself could also use some updates. The dishwasher didn’t dry dishes, the toaster didn’t work, the hall shower curtain rod was bent and the curtain couldn’t be closed all the way, the light bulbs were mismatched (soft white v bright white) or out completely (over the dining room table), and there was very little storage in the bedrooms and kitchen. We would stay in the condo building again, but would likely pick a different unit.

Nice condo but needs some updates

Loved the space and layout. Loved the balcony chairs. Security and maintenance staff were very friendly. The condo was very clean - including the linens. Good location. Main bath is very large. Beautiful view. Keyless entry is great. Property was clean. The grills were nice. Adequate number of luggage carts.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and fit exactly what we were needing for our stay. I gave it an overall 4 stars because the hot water in the shower seemed to get cold quickly. Also, the coffee maker could be upgraded. It was a little difficult to get the pot out of the holder. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Good value

The layout is good and spacious with awesome views from the window/sliders! The kitchen is stocked with anything needed if you plan to cook (bring your salt/pepper/spices) The location is perfect if you’d like to be able to walk to the store/restaurants etc and of course beach front access. The indoor/outdoor pools/hot tubs looked nice we just didn’t use them.

When we arrived the outside of complex was clean and welcoming. The condo we stayed in was in great need of basic maintenance. The sliding door was hard to open, the faucet in hall bathroom and tub were loose, kitchen sink faucet hanging down( I fixed that) , master bathroom shower doors off track, shower head moldy and lots of buildup on it, shower head also leaking down wall and onto ceiling, stool fixture where water supply comes out of wall not attached properly, 4 light bulbs burnt out, balcony rails and chairs dirty, no table on balcony and all 3 mattresses and pillows are wore out! The master bedroom matress was so worn out there were big dips on each side. Also water in kitchen doesn’t ever get hot! This is the only time I’ve rented a condo and had to put my vacation on hold to wait for a maintenance man to come fix all the issues. On a positive note the maintenance man was very helpful and friendly. I would not rent this particular unit again.

convenient location

We all really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. The condo was nice and we loved how close to the beach we were and that our condo was right off the elevator. This location is pretty close to anything that you would like to do while staying in Orange Beach

Vacation 23

Very clean and great location. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. One of the twin bed frame is broke. Other than that no complaints…..would stay there again.
