This beachfront vacation rental has a contemporary dining and living area equipped with comfortable and inviting furnishings for more relaxation and comfort, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen perfect for entertaining, a full-size washer/dryer, and an enclosed private balcony with a convenient outdoor dining area overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo amenities include a community outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness room, tennis and basketball courts, grill area, private boardwalk, and beach chair and umbrella rentals available for a seasonal fee.

WHAT’S NEARBY
With a prime location steps away from the beach, beachgoers will fall in love the moment they step inside this vacation rental. Golfers, pack your clubs and hit the links at the nearby Craft Farms and Peninsula golf courses! Pelican Pointe #1002 is situated moments away from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, so don't hesitate to pack your sunscreen and shades and dig your toes in the warm sand. Downtown Orange Beach is one and a half miles away and it offers visitors a plethora of dining options. Adventure Island is half a mile away and features go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, kiddie rides, and erupting volcano replica that comes alive with a powerful and memorable show; you can even feel the vibrations and feel the steam.

THINGS TO KNOW
This condo allows monthly reservations.
The condo has a seven-night minimum in season, must be Saturday to Saturday, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

*Construction due to Hurricane Sally repairs is ongoing at the complex. The availability of amenities is subject to the repairs at the time. The elevators are also expecting repairs and may be unavailable intermittently.
Construction begins at 7 am and continues until 5:30 pm with heavy machinery and noise.
Building renovations are currently ongoing at Pelican Pointe and are scheduled to last through Fall, 2022. These renovations include concrete work and balcony railing replacement and involve worker activity, swing scaffolding, and periodic restricted balcony access. In addition, the outdoor pool is scheduled to be closed for the entire month of August.
Due to construction, parking at Pelican Pointe is currently limited to one vehicle per unit. Passes must be purchased on-site through the Security Guard at Pelican Pointe. Parking passes are $30/each (price may be higher for renters staying longer than 30 days) and can be paid via cash or check to the Security Guard. A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. Thank you!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great family vacation condo!
We rented this unit for a fall break trip. There were 9 of us and we used every bed. The views were beautiful and the large deck was our favorite spot to gather. Location was great. The only advice I would give is to take extra pillows, blankets, and a hair dryer. Enjoy!

Beautiful area, pleasing condo
We were very pleased with the condo overall. It was clean with comfortable beds & furnishings. The patio is fabulous. The only thing better out there would be a fan. Our issue was not with the on-site staff or property manager but the process to get maintenance. I feel Vacasa is doing a disservice to owners as we quickly notified of a leak from above & the on site property manager was not notified until the following day. This could’ve ended badly. I hope the owner can resolve for their benefit because this is a lovely vacation spot! Thank you!!!
