Located centrally in Sunriver, Holly Lane 4 is just a short bike ride to Fort Rock Park and offers the perfect blend of peace and tranquility with all the comforts of home. Enjoy your morning coffee and the sunrise from the back deck. Relax and nap, read, play games, or explore during the day, then hop in the hot tub and watch the stars twinkle at night.

The open-concept living area features comfortable leather furnishings, a pub-style chess table, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. Adjacent is the dining room, with views of the back yard and access to the spacious deck with gas BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delicious meals for the group, and the roomy island, complete with seating for four, creates the perfect space to hang out and chat while you cook.

On this level, you’ll find two ensuite bedrooms, nicely separated for privacy. The first bedroom features a queen bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom two is a queen ensuite with cable TV, DVD player and a private, attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs you’ll find the loft with a second gas fireplace, large TV, and a pub-style checkers table - a great spot for the kids to play games or watch a movie. Two bedrooms are separated by the loft.

The first bedroom features a king bed, TV and an adjacent bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed. Perfect for a small family with little ones.

Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong in the garage, or head out on one of five adult bikes provided for your enjoyment. A NEMA 14-50 electrical outlet to support level 2 EV Charging is available to our guests. The beautiful moments spent here will become memories to cherish for a lifetime.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great weekend getaway

The house was clean and well maintained. The hot tub was wonderful and very clean. The location was ideal for biking and it was an easy walk to the village. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back again.

Sunriver Delight

We had an amazing vacation and the house worked perfectly for our family of 10. The house was overall awesome -- fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and plenty of towels for baths and pool. The hot tub, patio seating, ping pong table and bikes were a huge hit with all ages. Great communication with the property management company and very easy check in and check out process.

Sunriver family vacation

Pretty nice overall, but bathrooms need some attention: tub not draining and mold in downstairs front bedroom, fan not working in upstairs bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked, and ample seating for party of 7. Comfy beds. Upstairs much warmer than down with AC running. Nice property, needs a little TLC.

Ideal Home

This home worked ideally for us with its four bedrooms and four baths. The kitchen is extra roomy with plenty of dishes plus two dishwashers. The gas fireplace kept the living space warm and cozy. The grandchildren loved the bedroom with its double bunkbeds and the ping pong table was a hit as well. I would highly recommend this property and would consider renting it again in the future. The passes to the aquatic center was a bonus.

Overall good

The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was spacious and had a lot of extra blankets and pillows. The house needed more cleaning products for guests to use. We were there four days and had nothing to clean the counters, and hardly any garbage bags. We were able to get more from the property manager but had to drive to their location to get them.

Relaxation in Sunriver

We are from Rochester, NY. We visited my sister in Portland. I’ve always wanted to stay in Sunriver so we had good family at this property. The house was excellent for us. It had everything we were looking for. We enjoyed the Ping Pong table and hot tub. We just wished we could have played pickle while there. Courts were under construction. We would like to come back in the future.
