Thank you for the wonderful review, We are so glad to hear this has been your favorite condo on 30A! It’s great to know the elevator made arrival easy and that you were able to enjoy both the incredible views and a little extra peace of mind keeping an eye on your kids from the balcony. We especially appreciate your comments on the furniture and beds. Comfort can make or break a stay, and while preferences can vary from person to person, we’re thrilled these worked so well for you. It was our pleasure to assist you during your stay, and we would love to welcome you back to Grand Playa again soon! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Thank you for your kind review! We are always pleased to hear that guests enjoy the Grand Playa complex as much as we do. Thank you so much for the 5-star review and for staying with us at our Seagrove Beach condo! We’re glad you had a great visit overall. We’re sorry for the frustration around golf cart parking. We have to follow the HOA’s rules for the complex, which can limit where carts may be parked—even when occupancy appears low. That said, we could have communicated the approved options more clearly. We’ve updated our pre-arrival guide and internal notes so future guests have step-by-step parking guidance (including nearby paid alternatives when needed). We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back soon. If you plan to bring a cart on your next stay, please reach out before arrival and we’ll confirm the best parking plan for your dates.
