Family summer time trip. Plenty of room, views were great and the beach beautiful emerald green. Condo was clean, as described. Easy walk to Mikes seafood and beach shops. Elevators fast, no long waiting for one.

I would stay here again!! Only draw back was the parking garage was not built with large trucks in mind. The condo, it’s cleanliness, actually the entire resort was extremely clean

Great spot to stay. Clean condo. Easy to check in. Other guests were also very nice. Enjoyed the surrounding area as it was nice and clean. Easily went on a jog daily with no issues.

Condo is exactly as pictured. Beds are very comfy. Huge balcony with gorgeous view. Host responds very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

May 2026 Memorial Day Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall Good Place to Stay and Clean, definitely need some pillows for the beds. They are flat and worn; but other than that this place meets all the conditions you could ask for. Jusy a couple of details were needed but that is of the normal when guests are coming and going. The staff were great and worked with us for a parking spot for our truck. Best Staff there is. If I would have said anything about the pillows they would have replaced them. That is how great they are but I didnt because I thought for a week I can deal with this little of a detail.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! Description was spot on. Booking and check in were seamless. Location was great. Beach service worked very well. On property reserved parking was a huge bonus.

Beautiful condo, awesome balcony

This condo was exactly what our family needed. The ocean view was perfect and having 2 bedrooms with doors to the balcony was amazing. We had the best time being together at the condo and enjoyed several meals on the largest balcony we’ve ever seen.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The views of the Gulf, beach and sunsets are incredible!The condo itself is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the the balcony is spacious, and all furniture inside and out is very comfortable and as described.The amenities of being right on the beach, the hot tub, and indoor/outdoor pool were great!One improvement would be to provide hand soap at every sink, and dish soap to hand wash dishes. There was a bag of a couple different types of pods, but wasn't sure what each was for as I don't use pods at home.Also, the parking garage is very tight for a truck! Riley was able to give us a spot right outside of the parking garage that worked great!We highly recommend this rental! Riley with Greta Beach rentals is great to work with!

Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a three night stay. Weather was great too! Will rent again for sure! Out contact person was attentive and ensured we lacked for nothing.

Spring Break 2024

From the moment we walked in we fell in love with this condo. It was clean and prestige. Had all amenities needed for a spectacular week spent on the beach. Would not hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family. Will definitely be back REAL SOON!

We had a great stay. The location on the beach can't be beat. Everyone we interacted with were extremely polite and helpful. The food and restaurants in the area are great. While it was nice to get out and go to restaurants, it was hard to top the amazing beach view from the condo. However, we were let down by the cleanliness of the condo. While it wasn't enough of a problem to negatively affect our stay, the condo was not as clean as what we had come to expect from previous Greta's Beach Rental experiences. When we arrived, the cabinets in the kitchen/bathrooms had a good amount of dust on them and the floors were dirty. The condo was past due for a deep clean. Also, there seems to be a discrepancy on the amount of dishware in the condo. The condo is advertised as it can sleep up to 8, but there's not enough forks or coffee cups to support that. We were surprised to arrive and find the 3 bathrooms included 3 tub showers and not one walk-in shower. Whether this wasn't included on the listing or was overlooked when we booked it, it is worth noting that this is not an elderly/handicap accessible place. The tubs were also very slippery. We needed to get grab bars and shower mats to make the showers safe for members of my family.

Family trip over 4th of July Holiday

Room 703 had everything you could need for a family. Box fans in each room for noise was an amazing surprise. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Beds were nice, rooms were big. Balcony was huge! Everything was exactly as described on the listing. Close to shopping and restaurants. We ran into no surprises or problems and the entire family enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were so clean and beautiful. We loved having three bedrooms all with king-size beds and full bathrooms. The kitchen and great room were open, and the balcony was exceptionally large to overview the white sands and hear the crashing waves. We played frisbee in the golf of America and we were able to grill our freshly caught fish from our offshore fishing trip. A memorable experience and we hope to make it back again soon.

We have been coming to this event for the past 15 years and again these were the best accommodations by far. The only knock was the slowness of the elevators.

We are glad you found the rooms to be nice and enjoyed the balcony all that our complex has to offer! We've never had anyone to complain about rules, and are not sure what you are referring to.
