This lovely Gulf-front Beacons condominium is in the heart of Seagrove Beach and easily accessible on the first floor. A bike ride to Seaside should be on the agenda for events, shopping, architectural observing, and a foodie's culinary enjoyment.

Beacons 1 is a newly remodeled, fully furnished ground-floor unit with an east-end location, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your ultimate comfort. The two king bedrooms provide luxurious retreats, complemented by an additional twin bedroom. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The master bedroom features an adjustable king bed, and you can step out onto the walk-out patio, surrounded by a beautifully manicured lawn. The condo's prime feature is direct access to the sugar-sand beach, allowing you to revel in breaking waves and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets right at your doorstep.

Your stay at Beacons 1 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

Please Note: Complimentary Xplorie activities are only available for reservations of 1–28 consecutive nights. Stays of 29 nights or longer are not eligible for these complimentary activities.

* Three (3) night minimum off season.
* Assigned parking for 1 car with extra spaces on a first come first serve basis.
* Golf carts are not allowed in the Beacons complex.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

It’s a nice place right on the beach. Just a short walk down some stairs and you’re there. The grass backyard is nice. I recommend staying here if you’re in between staying at a huge house or a crowded condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect- close enough to seaside the teenagers could walk and enjoy it and far enough away the parents could relax on the beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. It was the perfect size and layout.

Perfect space for my family of three with direct access to the beach via stairway. We were ground level so blocked views of the water but you could still hear it from the condo. The space was clean and bright with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The managers were responsive with any questions.

Beautiful Beach vacation

Good amount of room. We had 6 people. Kitchen is updated and met our needs. Bathrooms need some updating but they were sufficient.. Beacon 1 first floor you cant see beach but the convenience of the green grass back yard and few steps to walkway outweighed a view of beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Dingy, tired and beat up

Dirty, worn, depressing inside. Shrubbery all overgrown. Pictures must be old as they made the place look like it was bright and clean.

Location Location Location

If you plan to be on the beach all day this is the location for you. The beach is like 10-15 seconds from this ground unit. When you arrive they have a private driveway so it can be confusing at night because from the road it looks like it’s only one building but you have to drive down the left side of the 1st building. We had great family time but i would recommend bathroom remodeling, is all this place really needs. Went grocery shopping when we arrived and never had to leave for anything. Publix is close and all sorts of other restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Had a family of 7 and it was perfect for us. Thanks benchmark

We were told that they would get an electrician. Our microwave went out but they immediately brought another. We had a new washer and dryer. We love the location and will be back next year.

Needs Updating and Smells Bad

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was not impressed with this condo. The only positive was the proximity to the beach. The furniture in the living room was peeling. The overall condo had a horrible smell. The beds were not comfortable. The paint on the wall in the room with the two twin was peeling and flaked onto the bed. The walls were dirty and had unknown splatter on them.

Absolutely horrendous!

Before I go into the details, I’m sure the management company will fire back with a typical “we fixed all your concerns” response just like they have for the other negative reviews. What’s funny is all the positive review appear to be copy/paste reviews with identical wording. Renters beware. Now for the truth of our stay. It started with the owners promising us an early check in. They stated we could check in at any time since the unit was empty the night before and to just let them know when we get there and thus will let us in early. We arrived 2 hours early. It was raining and almost 100 degrees. All calls texts and messages were ignored leaving an infant and two toddlers sitting in the hot rain until the “official” check in time. Shame on you. As far as the condition of the place? IT’S VERY RUN DOWN. do not be deceived by the pictures or reviews. Walls had all kinds of blotchy patch work, there was MOLD growing up the wall out of the toilets (we were told it’s nothing to worry about!). The towels all had other people’s HAIR in them and felt like sand paper. The parking spots are hidden and only large enough for a sub compact. Any time you run the sink THE SMELL OF MILDEW AND MOLD FILLED THE CONDO. WASPS ON THE PATIO AND ROACHES INSIDE. We asked to be moved or check out and be refunded and the owners refused. Once again told us that the black mold was safe and nothing to worry about. 🙄 This is something I would have expected to rent in Haiti, not 30a.

Robbie, We are very saddened to hear of your disappointment with your recent stay as we strive to provide the very best for our guests when booking with us at Benchmark Management. To start, we would like to address the issue with check-in. Our records show that you sent one text asking for an early check-in. We do not have any correspondence regarding allowing you to check in 2 hours early as that is not our policy here at Benchmark Management. If a property is ready before the 4 p.m. CST check-in, guests are notified via text, and the early check-in fee is paid to gain access to the unit. If you do not receive this text, the standard check-in time of 4 p.m. CST is when you are able to access the property. We did not receive any word of the property being below your desired standard, till we had to reach out to you regarding your vehicle not being parked in the assigned parking spot for this particular unit. Parking is managed by the HOA at the complex, and when we asked you to relocate your car to allow another guest to have access to their spot, you said you would not move your vehicle as the spot was too small. We sent one of our team members out to the property who confirmed the spot was large enough to fit your vehicle. After this discussion, you informed us of your further complaints about the property. We sent someone out to address your concerns and what you thought to be mold, was not. Safety is a top priority for us and had it been mold, you would have been relocated or refunded as needed. The other issues mentioned to us during your stay were dirty dishes and dirty/ rough towels. With your permission we had the dishes addressed and new towels provided. We did not, however, address the roaches or wasps mentioned in your review, as that was not brought to our attention during your trip. We can assure you and other future guests that we did our very best to provide you with a pleasant trip. We hope you will consider staying with us again, as we would love the chance to provide you with the 5-star vacation we strive for here at Benchmark Management. Sincerely, Benchmark Management.

Great Beach Access

Reviewer Comments: This unit has fantastic beach access. Walk out of the condo onto the beach in seconds. It was ideal fro our group of 5 who all wanted to spend varying amounts of time on the beach.

Beacon 1- needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the layout and the location of the rental. It poured rain the entire time we were there and water poured down the wall in one bedroom and down the wall in the living room by the sliding doors. This caused the place to have a musty smell. This is an older building that could use some updating.

Another great beach trip at Beacons!

Yes, the unit is in need of updating but it is clean and you cannot beat the location! Ground floor with easy access to the beach! Short walk/bike to Seaside.
