"Myer’s on the Beach" at Sugar Dunes Condominiums in Seagrove is the best value south of Highway 30A. The exclusive complex in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street is better than ever!  These accommodations are the closest to your uncrowded private beach that you can be in the area!

This is Unit #1, the west corner unit with a wrap-around deck including a garage directly underneath at Sugar Dunes Condominium. The complex is a gated community with a private beach for owners and renters only.

The unit has an exclusive door on the beachside deck that leads directly to a just few stairs that connect you to the private beach. During the spring, summer, and fall rental seasons, the unit has included two free premium umbrellas and four lounge chairs set up every morning for the guests (March-Oct).

The Myer family has owned this corner unit for 25 years and continues to upgrade the unit each year with new furniture and smartly decorated rooms for maximum comfort and beach living. This year the bathrooms were all retiled and fixtures upgraded to current standards of modern beach condominiums.

There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms have comfortable kingsize beds with private bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom includes 2 bunk beds with full beds on the bottom if you have adults staying there. There is a sofa bed in the living room so the unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults.

The living room and dining room are beachfront and have large windows that allow views to be seen from the fully stocked kitchen, so everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach views at all times. A new dining table seats 8 to 10 comfortably and with additional seating for 4 at the counter. The spacious kitchen features new cabinets with fresh hardware and plenty of cooking and serving essentials.  

The living room includes a new luxurious wrap-around sofa and 2 accent chairs to watch your favorite shows on the brilliant 75-inch smart television with DVR recording so you won't miss your favorite shows or sporting events while at the beach. You can also stream any movie and shows in any room in the condo using personal TV codes.  

Beautiful tile floors embellished with tasteful accent rugs throughout the spacious 3 bedrooms along with lovely artwork and new furniture pieces create a calming atmosphere for the perfect beach vacation. 

Two bedrooms have large king beds to ensure a good night’s sleep. Two new bright sets of twins over full bunk beds provide extra sleeping accommodations in the middle bedroom which is perfect for children and teens alike.  All three bedrooms are complete with mounted televisions.  Bathrooms have been updated with new vanities, toilets, and hardware.

Of course, nothing is better than being right on the beach with the gorgeous west corner sunsets visible right off the wrap-around deck of this beautiful designer unit.  Enjoy that magnificent view from the new deck furniture with a cushioned sofa and chair. Or experience it with a morning cup of coffee, a tasty meal, or a refreshing cocktail at the wonderful high-top table with 4 chairs.

Sugar Dunes boasts exceptional, spacious units that sit on the beach with stairs directly from the back private decks. Complimentary beach setup is included (2 umbrella and 4 chairs), from March 1-October 31. This 1st floor unit has a two-car garage directly under the condo providing plenty of storage, an extra refrigerator, for convinience when dining out or visiting many of the local attractions.  

The renter must be 25 years or older and must be staying at the property throughout the rental period. 

Sugar Dunes is an exclusive gated community with a maximum of two vehicles allowed per condo in designated parking spots. Anyone found with more than two vehicles (unless unloading) will be towed at the renter's expense. Vehicles parked outside garages must be parked in designated spaces and must display parking passes at all times during your stay. No golf carts, boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis are allowed on the property.
