Perfectly located at 13th and Wesley in Ocean City, NJ, this large and updated five-bedroom, three-bath, 1st-floor beach house is just steps from the boardwalk, beach, and shops. It has been impeccably maintained and features a bright, open floor plan (~2000 sq feet), 9-foot ceilings, a spacious wrap-around porch, and numerous other first-class amenities. All VRBO rentals come with at least 6 seasonal beach tags for use during your stay.

Because of the island’s shape, Wesley Ave on 13-14th street (where this home is located) is much closer to the Ocean/Boardwalk than homes on Wesley Ave between 6-11th streets. In addition, the beach near our home is wider and less crowded than the beaches just a few blocks away (see images). The 13-15th Street beach (where this home is located) are located on the area of the boardwalk without businesses/rides and you don’t have to compete with the hundreds (thousands?) of guests housed at the Flander’s and other hotels (8-11th street). 13-14th street is close to the action without being surrounded by it. It’s truly a fantastic location and cannot be compared to other homes located between 6-11th streets.

On the Inside...

- Brand new 55" LG OLED 4K TV for 2024 in family room. Paired with Sonos sound system for a great home theater experience.

- Enjoy cooking in our completely renovated chef's kitchen featuring new cabinets, high-end stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The kitchen is well equipped with ample appliances (warming drawer, microwave, toaster, etc), cooking/eating utensils, pots/pans, dish towels, coffee pot, Keurig, and countless kitchen “gizmos” like crab crackers and bottle openers. You’ll feel right at home.

- Comfortably seat all of your family and friends at our Pennsylvania handcrafted dining room table (seating for 12 when fully expanded plus 3 seats at the island)

- You will also enjoy 6 flat screen TVs (55” in living room; 32” in all 5 bedrooms) with Youtube TV in all rooms. TV and streaming via Roku is available in ALL bedrooms and the main living area. Subscription services not guaranteed, as prior guests may sign out of services.

- The home features three full bathrooms (one with full-sized tub), including a "Jack and Jill" bathroom that connects a queen bedroom to a 2-twin bedroom. This setup creates a second master suite and makes the home ideal for hosting multiple families.

* Wireless internet with a google mesh system to ensure a great connection throughout the home
* Central A/C with a Nest thermostat

Like almost all Ocean City, NJ rentals, this unit does NOT include linens/sheets or bath/beach towels. Each bedroom DOES have a coverlet and pillows.

Our home is intended for family rentals. Accordingly, we do not provide rentals for prom weekend or senior week. Must be over 25 to rent.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY OR IN HOUSE

NO PETS ALLOWED

All in-season (May - Sept) bookings must be made for 7 nights (min) and run Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 2pm; Check out at 10am. Check out time allows our cleaner to prepare for the next guest.

Please please reach out with any questions or concerns. We have kids and know how challenging it can be to travel with little ones. We want your stay to be as easy and stress-free as possible. We will try as hard as possible to accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy: if guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, no refunds are guaranteed. But(!) if we are able to rent the property at the same rate for the same dates, we will be happy to refund your payment. We will promptly re-list the property in an effort to rent it. VRBO does not offer this as a "refund" category, so I had to state it here.
