This magnificent two-bedroom villa offers an extraordinary view of the mysterious Libyan Sea. From the moment you step inside, you'll be captivated by the impression that Africa is just a few miles away. The villa also boasts a stunning view of the famous village of Plakias, and there's nothing between you and the infinite blue expanse of the southern part of Crete.



Situated on a hillside, this villa's privileged location is perfect for any visitor seeking breathtaking sea views and relaxation. It's conveniently located just 1.5 km from the renowned sandy beach of Plakias. The interior decor is simple and minimalistic, while the exterior areas offer a high level of comfort. The villa is visually appealing from every angle, whether you're relaxing in the living room or by the pool area, where you'll never tire of watching the blue of the southern sea and the romantic sunset.



This brand new, one-floor villa accommodates up to 5 people. As you enter, you'll find a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room, the indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There's also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.



When it comes to beautiful beaches, the area is privileged with some of the best in Crete. The nearby famous beach of Preveli, with its palm forest, and Damnoni, are just two of the many unique choices. Majestic gorges and numerous historical and cultural sites can also be found in the vicinity.



The nearby village of Plakias is a picturesque village with a wide range of tourist attractions and is located just a few kilometers from Rethymno. It offers many taverns, restaurants, bars, mini markets, car rental agencies, and outdoor activity providers.



Next to this villa, there are two more identical two-bedroom villas, each with complete privacy, sea views, and the capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests. When all three villas are rented together, special prices apply, accommodating up to 15 guests in total. The villa is licensed by the National Tourism Organization.

A Perfect Moment of Peace

The view and the Pool was absolutely wonderful in this beautiful House with very good accommodation. We really loved to stay in Peace watching the see and Plakias from the terrace. The people who cleaned the pool and the house were very Kind with us. Everything was Perfect for us to have good and relaxing time during holidays. The indication of the parking for the First time you arrive in the Pyrgos Villas location.

Exceptionnel

Séjour incroyable dans la villa Pyrgos 2. La vue est époustouflante, la maison est très agréable à vivre ,bon électroménager , très bonne literie, climatisation , vue de toutes les pièces , coin extérieur pour manger à l’abri du soleil et surtout du vent , la piscine est de bonne dimension. Le tout est parfaitement entretenu par les services de Georgia et son équipe , très aimables et discrets . Le calme absolu , malgré deux maisons proches , parfaitement disposées donc sans vis à vis ! Il faut une voiture mais tout est à proximité, le village , les plages , les supermarchés, à moins de 10 min . Agence Oreo travel très proche et réactive . Arrivée et départ autonome très facile mais avec une visite d’accueil explicative . C’est un havre de paix , le paradis pour ceux qui souhaitent se reposer .

Schöne Unterkunft, wenig Privatsphäre

Vom Haus aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Plakias. Die Matratzen sind gut und die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Toller Pool wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Der Einstieg/Ausstieg wird für ältere Menschen durch eine kurze Leiter erschwert. Wir hatten über Oreo Travel die Unterkunft gebucht. Dies hat alles super funktioniert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie immer ansprechbar und sehr engagiert bei der Klärung einiger Dinge. Negativ: Zu wenig Privatsphäre. Der Pool und das Außengelände wird täglich gereinigt, auch wenn man als Gast sich draußen gerade aufhält. Man könnte dies auch früh morgens machen. Die Eigentümerin möchte mit der Reinigungskraft täglich auch die Wohnung sauber machen und weckte uns teilweise deswegen durch massives Klopfen. Das empfanden wir als sehr störend. Das Bedezimmerfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Es wurde versprochen, dies zu reparieren, nichts passierte. Teilweise massiver Ameisenbefall im Wohnzimmer. Es liegt eine Menükarte aus. Man kann Essen bestellen bei der Eigentümerin, welches in die Villa geliefert wird. Die Eigentümerin forderte von uns eine Rückmeldung ein, wie wir das Essen fanden. Diese fiel nicht so gut aus, können wir auch nicht empfehlen. Sie war beleidigt und wollte mit uns am nächsten Morgen darüber diskutieren, ließ sich kaum abwimmeln. Sie und ihr Mann, Hr. Giannis boten uns über die Agentur Oreo Travel an, das Geld dafür zurückzugeben. Das schulden sie uns bis heute.

Man fühlt sich ein wenig wie auf dem Deck eines Kreuzfahrtschiffes wenn man auf der Terrasse des Hauses steht, herrliche Aussicht!

Traumhafter Ausblick

Vielen Dank für dieses wunderschöne Haus, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, ganz besonders den traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Einfach Idylle pur! Sehr empfehlenswert für Menschen die Ruhe suchen. Und nicht zu vergessen, die leckeren Tavernen in der Umgebung. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Beautiful visit

We enjoyed staying at Pyrgos Villas. It was very clean and the pool was wonderful for hot days. Inga was the housekeeper who ensured the pool and house was kept immaculate, she is lovely! The communication with the management company was great, they responded promptly with any answers that we needed. The villa is situated on a mountain with dirt roads so a bit tricky to find on arrival, however that is also charming as we enjoy being away from the crowds and noise. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage mit einem tollen Panorama. Die Ausstattung war weitgehend ausgezeichnet, auch das tägliche Reinigungsangebot. Wir haben dort 10 großartige Tage verbracht. Allerdings war die qualitativ billige und daher unangemessene Ausstattung von Besteck, Tellern und Kochuntensilien auffällig. Außerdem fehlt es ein bisschen an Nachhaltigkeit: mehrere Halterungen im Bad locker, fehlende Gebrauchsanweisungen für die Geräte. Verstörend war der unfreundliche Umgang mit der Reinigungskraft durch die "Aufsicht".

Lovely location, good house

Great to be in Crete again, all was good with the villa. Except for the very hard matrasses. If you weigh 126 kg the matrasses might be perfect, but with a weight of 70kg clearly not

Unglaubliche Aussicht

Die Villa ist wunderschön gelegen, trotz zweier Nachbar-Villen hat man Privatsphäre. Allerdings sind die Matratzen sehr hart, das ist aber auch das einzig Negative, was uns einfällt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Lage

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus, ruhig, sauber mit regelmäßigem Hausservice. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Eine Anregung zur Verbesserung: Besteck und Geschirr sind nicht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Um den Ofen zu benutzen, bedarf es ofenfesten Geschirrs. Wir haben eine Glasauflaufform gekauft , um Ofengerichte zubereiten zu können .

Alles geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr sauber. Traumhafter Blick übers Meer von fast uneinsehbarer Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem grandiosen Ausblick.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Lage und der Ausblick superschön. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Haus und Pool werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Die einzige Kritik betrifft die Matratzen, die sehr hart sind. Ansonsten kann man sich richtig gut entspannen und erholen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Vue magnifique

Superbe villa avec vue magnifique. Pour s’y rendre il faut suivre le chemin transmis par le proprio à la lettre. Chemin un peu cahoteux pour se rendre à la villa. Les accessoires de cuisine ne sont pas très élaborés Et le propriétaire ne fournit pas le savon pour le lave vaisselle. La cafetière pourrait être remplacé par une plus de qualité. Situé juste en haut du village de Plakias où il y a belle épicerie et une excellente boulangerie. La plage de Plakias est très belle et située au cède village. Beaucoup de restaurants avec terrasse.

Herrlich!!!

Die Wirklichkeit ist noch schöner als die eingestellten Bilder. Alles perfekt, nur die Küchenausstattung könnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein. Wir haben eine herrliche Woche verbracht und konnten Mitte April auch schon im Pool baden.

Beautiful views. Very relaxing. Access by very stoney drive which you must take slowly. No hairdryer or kettle when we arrived but rectified next day. Spars on equipment for cooking. Overall was a very relaxing holiday.

Simply amazing!

Couldn't have asked for a more stunning location or property! We were in every way pleased with our stay! There is daily cleaning service (unexpected for a self catering accommodation), the caretakers were warm, friendly and helpful (while remaining unobtrusive), and the villa was clean and well maintained. The property was private yet convenient to two villages with lots of food and shopping options - the sandy beach in Plakias was the wonderful! The location is a bit far out from the major cities, but this was not a big deal for us. The 40 minute drive to Rethymno is very enjoyable, winding through gorges and valleys and sheep strewn mountains, and from there you can hop on the national road and make good time to Chania or Heraklion or beyond. I could live on the terrace; hours were spent just gazing out on the azure waters and dramatic mountains rolling into the distance. We are a well travelled family, having visited the most famously beautiful coastlines in the world, and this little slice of paradise ranks highly among them. You will not be disappointed in a stay here! I would have stayed forever if I could!

Perfekte Unterkunft !

Bei Ankunft an dem Ferienhaus wurden wir von einer freundlichen Haushälterin empfangen und über den kompletten Urlaub bestens begleitet. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung war gepflegt und sauber und die eingestellten Bildern entsprechen der Realität. Also alles bestens und wir beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

Deux semaines de rêve!

Nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines dans cette maison. Après l'avoir cherchée durant plus d'une heure (le chemin n'est pas indiqué), nous avons découvert un paradis. La vue est époustouflante, tout est calme, la maison est confortable et très propre. Stella, notre adorable concierge, vient faire le ménage tous les jours, c'est incroyable...mieux qu'à la maison! Le seul défaut peut-être: la cuisine est chichement équipée. J'aime cuisiner, et parfois je devais improviser car il y a peu de matériel. Je recommande cette région, c'est superbe, j'ai déjà la nostalgie de la Crète! Yassas!
