High Pointe 2425 This charming condo is located on the foutth floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. This coastal retreat has 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This top floor lovely unit has a lot to offer, including a great view of the lagoon-style pool.

High Pointe is a private gated resort, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Experience the upscale shops, restaurants, and events of Rosemary and Alys Beach all within a 5-minute walk. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!

The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

Beautiful Rosemary Condo

We fell in love with this place! It is directly across from shops & restaurants. The condo was gorgeous and very clean!! We will 100% be back to stay with our family! We had my husband, myself, and our 3 older kids and had more than enough space! We truly loved this place!

High Pointe 2425

Home was spacious and well equipped. Wonderful view of the pool and gulf, and in our case, fireworks in 2 different places. Vacasa was not quick to respond to a request for help watching tv, which my 80 year old parents would have enjoyed, but we made do without it. Beds were comfortable, everything worked well. Great vacation!

Great beach condo in the heart of everything

This lovely condo was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. My teenage daughters and I had plenty of space to relax and enjoyed the decor, with soft sheets and high quality towels. We also liked being across the street from shopping and restaurants and appreciated the extras that came with the condo, including the bicylces and beach chairs! High Pointe is a charming resort with a beautiful pool on a stretch of white sand beaches and rolling tides. I highly recommend this spot!

Great spot

We booked this place very last minute and felt great about what we got for the price we paid. The location is excellent- walking distance to Rosemary beach. The included bicycles and beach chair and umbrella set were also a huge perk. We didnā€™t use the pool because it was too cold- the ocean was warmer. The beach front property is amazing, and crabby Steveā€™s has great food - we felt fortunate to have that on site. All around a really good family vacation spot.

Great views and location. Donā€™t plan to work.

My family and I had a great stay. Beautiful view and great location to enjoy the town and beach. Only complaint is that Internet connection was inconsistent. Likely an ISP issue more than a Wi-Fi or modem issue. We had to use our cellphone data as hotspot several times to complete our work.

Million dollar view!

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in April. The deck overlooks a gorgeous pool and the gulf beyond. We spent many hours eating and relaxing there. The facilities at High Pointe are excellent, from the on-site restaurant (Crabby Steve's) to the beach itself....just wonderful. Rosemary Beach is walking distance with many shops and restaurants. Overall, this condo could easily rate Five Stars with some minor updates to the cabinetry and kitchen amenities.

Surprised with new rates

I love this condo! We have been staying at High Pointe for years. When i went to rebook for next year I was greeted with a 50% increase. I asked if they're was anything that could br done since since we are loyal customers and in our 80's. I received a call back advising me thats the best that can be done! Disappointed!

HVAC issues

Did not have HVAC from 6pm through 7pm the next day. Emergency after hours was called and MOD did not return call. Unit was 78-82 degrees during this time. Was told the manger would call and they did not. We were expecting an apology or something from Management. That was disappointing.

View and location is perfect

The view from this unit is amazing. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for 5 of us. The grounds were very clean and the beach and pool was perfect. I loved that Craby Steveā€™s is located on property. The food and drinks there were great. This property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Rosemary beach is also a quick bike ride or walk away. I will definitely be staying here again. I donā€™t have a single negative thing to say about this place.

Lovely condo & awesome location

This was one of the best High Pointe condos Iā€™ve stayed in. So comfortable and nicely decorated. Had all kitchen supplies we needed. This is my favorite resort because of its location.

Great location, cleaning service/wireless lacked

We've stayed in the High Pointe complex at least a dozen times over the years. This was our first time in this unit. The cleaning crew did a less than adequate job...floors weren't vacuumed all the way (cereal/hair along the baseboards), cigarette laying on the floor next to the couch, dirty toilet, and linens seemed to be on their last legs. Wifi was spotty at best. We love the complex and all the amenities. We'll just be more picky when booking in the future.

Family Friendly

We absolutely loved our stay at High Pointe Resort! This location is perfect for families with children. This unit had wonderful views of the ocean and pool and plenty of space for young toddlers to play. Easy walk to restaurants across the street.

Terrible stay!

Terrible stay! We had no hot water for 2 days until they finally moved us. We used the hot tub outside to rinse off. One bed had hair in it and another bed was full of sand!
