Recently updated 3 Bed/3.5 Bath Beach Block Home

We live full time in Philadelphia with our two children (ages 1 and 2). We are originally Midwesterns (Indiana), but love all that the east coast has to offer, especially quick access to the beach! We purchased this property with the intention of making memories with our children there over the years. Due to our work schedule, we won't be able to use it every weekend so we are opening up our home to others who want to do the same thing with their family. We've lived in Philadelphia for over five years and visiting Brigantine has been one of our favorite spots as its peaceful and relaxing but also close to the fun nightlife in Atlantic City.

As we bought this home with the intention of personal use, we've tried to update the home to our taste and also will try to provide all of the necessary amenities to make your stay care-free and enjoyable. We are very quick to respond and will address any concerns you would have during your stay. As we have young children of our own, we have tried to equip the space for other small children that may stay by providing both a crib and pack and play and placing outlet covers throughout most of the house.

I think one of the best features of the house is the location! It's on the south end of the island which means none of the pesky green head flies that will disturb your beach time. Its just 10 houses from the beach and the beach access is easily seen from the front yard of this house. Aversa's bakery, Aunt Bs Ice Cream shop, Wawa, Acme and more are all in walking distance. You can be to the Borgata parking lot in a 5 minute drive. In addition, the house has been fully renovated. Many of the other rental properties we have seen listed haven't seen a face lift in decades and neither have the furnishings. You can rest easy knowing that the house will be fully disinfected between guests and that we will keep the home to the level we would want for our own personal use.
