Wonderful beach house on beautiful Brigantine Beach Island. The home is situated in the beach block close to large dunes and a spacious beach. The beach is lifeguard protected and includes volleyball nets, surf school and summer exercise programs.
The house contains three bedrooms, three full baths and three decks. Each bedroom has its own full bath. This home features free wireless internet access and a 46 inch high definition TV in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and black granite counter-tops.
House Layout: This is a three story townhouse. The first floor has an open floor plan which includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and powder room. The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare your own meals. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The second floor includes two bedrooms each with its own full bath. The washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The master bedroom and bath are on the third floor.
Rentals run from Saturday at 3:00 pm check-in to Saturday 10:00 am check-out.

Beach Block Value
This was our first stay in Brigantine and this home had everything we needed for a great week. This house was most importantly (a) clean (b) well-stocked c) close to the beach entrance (d) flawless AC and (e) within our budget. A great value. Staying at a guarded beach was a must have for us - and 38th St. beach is a great beach (FYI - porta potties that were well maintained). One thing to note: The master bedroom is on the top floor and there is no door to close, if privacy is a concern for you. Enjoyed tasty dinners at The Cove (closeby), LaScala's (loved the outdoor seating and live music), and Oyster Creek Restaurant (25 min drive, sooo good).

Comfortable 3 BR a half block from the beach
For sure there are grander choices in Brigantine, but they come with a much grander price. This home completely fit the bill for us.
The unit was exactly as described. Modern kitchen, 3 BR each with its own bath, half bath on the ground floor. Central air worked great. Big TV and wi-fi on the ground floor. Parking for one car in front and two more in back. Also an outdoor grill.
The staircases were a bit steep, and the master bedroom is up two flights, which may be an issue for some. Also, no door for that bedroom, so not the best if you expect to turn in earlier than the rest of the household. (Or if you're noisy in the bedroom :-) )
Safe, quiet neighborhood near the beach. Easy walk to Ernest & Sons sandwich shop and also close to the little shopping center with an Acme supermarket, pizza and bagels.
There were very clear instructions, and the owners were easy to work with. Security deposit was returned promptly.

House and amenities were depicted as on the website and clean upon arrival. Check in process was quick and easy. The house is less than a block to the beach but the beach is very wide and is a long walk through the dunes and hot sand to the water. Pulling the beach cart was a workout! The only complaints I have about the house was the beds and outside shower. The two queen mattresses are old and extremely uncomfortable. The outside shower is more of a rinsing station with a hose the showerhead is weak and its hard to rinse off the sand without spraying yourself with cold hose water( the kids hated that). I would absolutely rent this property again , We had great weather and a great week in Brigantine.

Exceeded Expectations
WOW! What a great find!! We rented this property for our family vacation and had a great time. Our family consisted of my husband and I, our toddler daughter, my brother and sister in-law and my parents. We never felt crammed or uncomfortable. This property is spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient. We had all the comforts of home. The kitchen is updated with modern appliances, perfect for making dinner after a relaxing day on the beach. The private bathrooms were definitely a plus as we could all clean up quickly! A quick walk to the beach and great views of Atlantic City from the master bedroom. ACME, Wawa, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Auntie B's ice cream, are all within a short 10 minute walk. Although this property is convenient to some of the busiest areas in Brigantine, the surrounding area is quiet and not too busy. We had a couple of rainy days and kept busy with Netflix movies (included) and a trip to the mall (about a 30 min drive). Off street parking in the front and rear of property was nice to have.
The owners were easy to contact, provided detailed information prior to our stay, and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely consider this property the next time we stay in Brigantine and will recommend it to family and friends. If you are thinking about this property for your vacation, you will not be disappointed!
