Hidden Beach Villas 103 is a comfortable ground floor studio unit which sleeps 4 with a queen murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa. Relax here after a fun day of kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or swimming at the beautiful beaches of 30A. Walk or bike to Angelina's Pizza and Café Thirty-A. All of the shops, restaurants, and entertainment of Seaside is less than a 10-minute bike ride from your beach home.

Beach Access:
From the west end of the complex, head across 30A via Pelayo Avenue. Across 30A and down the boardwalk is your beach access.
Distance: .1 miles  |  Time: 3 minutes walking

Hidden Beach Villas:
The studio units at Hidden Beach Villas are only 150 yards from the beach with direct beach access. They are perfect for an affordable beach vacation. Patios and balconies open onto the beautiful courtyard and large pool area. The pool features a covered patio plus plenty of loungers. For your convenience there are on-site laundry facilities.

It’s a great location on 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just a quick a bike ride down 30A's bike path to Seaside.

Your stay at Hidden Beach 103 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Had a great stay at this VRBO in Santa Rosa Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach and nearby bars, which made everything convenient. The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the communication with the host was smooth from start to finish. Getting in was easy, and everything was as expected. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hidden beach villas is not only mine, but my entire family’s go to! The rooms are always well maintained, accommodated with all your essential needs, & management is a text away if something were to arise... they are punctual & so very nice! We absolutely love staying here!!! 10/10 rating!!

Great location

The property was in a perfect location to the beach and you literally just cross the road to get there. The pool was very nice, the AC was cold and the water was hot. My only 2 complaints are the outdated look of the condo and the WiFi. The condo was very outdated and the decor gave the vibe of a fishing camp instead of a beach get away. The doors, countertops and light fixtures all appear to be the same as what was used when the place was built. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and cut out multiple times every day, making it impossible to even watch a movie at night. Even with those complaints I would still stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean. A little over decorated and it gave a closed in feeling. We were going to sit outside on the patio, but I didn’t realize the plastic chair was broken. So when I sat down the chair sliced the back of my leg and it bled. Not a great way to start a vacation!

TV is subscription service only with no cable or local channels. Furniture is tired and sparse. Bathroom was 20 year old builder grade fixtures and counters. The property is well located within an easy walk of the beach. But the whole complex needs to be remodeled. For the price I would have been much better off just getting a hotel room.

Murphy Bed should be in the description!!! Pillows continued to fall behind the head of the bed, making it difficult for restful sleeping. Facilities could be cleaner. Spider webs and dirt were plentiful around door frames Location is great, directly across the street from public beach access.

This unit has been neglected for a while, it didn’t get in this shape in one year. To many things to list so renter beware.

would not rent again

Our stay was very disappointing. Upon entry, the 1st thing in sight was an HVAC return vent COVERED in dirt. The second thing in sight was the entry rug…disgusting. The smell was not pleasant. The stack of “clean” towels in the bathroom had a used/wet washcloth on top and there was mildew around the tub. The furniture was dirty…big blood stain on a “white” dining chair. The truly disturbing thing was the mold (wet/active mold) around EVERY A/C vent in the condo AND the property manager's poor attempt (housekeeping left a voicemail the next day for us to call if we still needed them) to resolve a potentially hazardous condition. I called again on day 2 and was told they would try to have someone out that evening…never heard from anyone again.
