Get away from it all and relax in style at this Gulf-front condo sporting a private balcony with stunning views and a well-equipped kitchen to make mealtimes a breeze! A cup of coffee never tasted as good as it does when you watch those lovely beach sunrises from the balcony. Seychelles has many fun amenities including multiple shared pools, a community hot tub, a fitness room, a sundeck, and easy beach access with free beach chairs and an umbrella included! After a day at the beach or the pool, you can kick your feet up and use the free WiFi to share the best beach memories with friends back home or watch a movie with loved ones as the stars come out!

This condo sits in the heart of Panama City Beach, so head in any direction and you are guaranteed to find something fun for everyone to enjoy! Beautiful Saint Andrews State Park offers trails and jetty views right down the street! A few short miles away, there are several popular attractions including Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Wonderworks, Zoo World, and Shipwreck Island Water Park for the kiddos to enjoy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Nice, clean condo.

The condo was clean and met our expectations. We liked the assortment of board games provided as a bonus. Nice sized TV and comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay!

Seychelles has been the best kept secret in PCB for years. Unfortunately the secret is out. Please don’t stay at Seychelles in May or August. My wife and I like small crowds…

Beautiful condo

The condo was absolutely beautifully decorated and had all new appliances. However, the floors were dirty and there was dust on the lamps. We did have a nice package for Thanksgiving that was left. But, there weren't enough dishes to cook with. Very limited cups (1) and no teaspoons. It also had mold in the bathrooms and smelled like mildew.

Nice little condo

We are a family of three; two adults and a preteen. On entering, my husband noticed the deadbolt was broken. I almost called to say something, but we had no security issues during our stay. The king size bed was comfortable. The armoire in the bedroom had enough room for four days worth of clothes for our family. The bedside lamp had no plug nearby. I had brought a plug strip for my heating pad, iPhone, Apple Watch etc and I plugged in the lamp into my strip. The door to the master bathroom was awkwardly in the way. So we rarely used that bathroom. My preteen fit nicely on the bunkbed. Our first night he had problems sleeping from the noise of the surrounding units water usage; toilets flushing, washers running etc. The next night we left the vent on in the hallway bathroom and it was the right amount of white noise. We primarily used the hallway bathroom. I liked the built in shower bench. The shower drained well. The water was hot. The water pressure was surprisingly good for a condo. The stackable washer and dryer did its job. The broom and dustpan worked but needed replacing. The couch & chairs in the living room were worn but comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, but I couldn’t find scissors to take the tags off all the new crap we brought. The balcony view was beautiful and also right above the pool. The balcony furniture desperately needs to be replaced. The salty air has badly rusted the furniture. I used our sports chairs to enjoy the balcony. The walk to the beach was short. It was nice to have access to the resort beach chairs & umbrella. It minimized what I needed to haul to the beach. I would still stay here again. The per night price was good. Most of the inconveniences, were things I either planned for or weren’t deal breakers.

Another great trip

Great condo, horrible mattress

The condo complex was clean and easy to access. Our condo was decorated nicely and well appointed, however the mattress, rubber mattress pad and sheets were awful. We left late evening before our check out day to avoid sleeping another night on the bed. We would rent the condo again it the mattress was replaced and the rubber mattress pad removed.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. We love the location and the property was exactly as described. The only problem was that the beach chairs were available with a first come first choice each day so you didn’t have one set for the whole stay. If you wanted ones on the front row, you had to be down there at 9:00 AM each morning. Also, I tried to contact someone the morning of our arrival to find out if the property had a Keurig or a regular coffee pot and received unclear information until we were already at the property and could find out for our self.

Beautiful condo

We walked into a clean, cozy, and cool (great A/C) little condo. The space was perfect for the three of us and it’s located on the quiet end of the beach.

Family Vacation

I like that parking was not very far away. It was great being right next door to Schooners. The location was great. The room is right next door to the elevators so not very far a walk but it was very quiet.

Aj Birthday/Mother’s Day weekend

Prefect accommodation and location. Nice and really clean condos. Noise control was excellent. Very comfortable bed. My 13th year old daughter enjoyed the large tv, she was able to play her video game. Easy beach access and central location to Panama City Beach attraction.

Construction & rude lady at front desk.

Loved the house. Was absolutely beautiful. But couldn't enjoy the beach at all due to construction. Had to walk over a Mile to swim in the ocean And lady at front desk was very rude.
