This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo has fantastic close up views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The interior is nicely updated, featuring a spacious living area, full stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and there are an additional 2 twin sleeper chairs and 1 full size sleeper sofa to accommodate 4 additional guests. This condo accommodates 6 people total.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. This was our second time staying in this unit and we really enjoyed it. It’s clean, has very nice amenities, and a great view from the balcony. We would definitely come back again!

Great beach getaway

We had a wonderful time at SPI & the Saida Towers. The location was perfect for beach access & walkability. The condo was very spacious & had all the utensils & cookware for any meal one would like to prepare. Management was easy to work with and very prompt. All the staff at Saida were very kind, helpful & professional. We look forward to returning again.

Great condo, perfect location!

Loved this property, clean, comfortable with an updated kitchen and flooring. Easy checkin and checkout, property manager responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay at Saida 205

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and well prepared upon arrival. The check in and checkout process was extremely easy as well. No complaints here. We absolutely loved the view of the ocean! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice stay

We come 2x / year, but had never stayed on this side of the property. It was nice, condo was nice, clean, tidy. No complaints. We had to call maintenance once, but for something minor. Overall, nice condo, great stay.

Lovely condo on the beach

The condo was perfect. Everything was provided. The whole place and appliances all were so clean and everything seemed to be brand new. We had a little trouble figuring out the tv set up but I called maintenance and they quickly responded and were happy to explain it to us. The pools need some touch up. The grounds are so lush. Everything just as I remember for the 30 plus years we have been coming to the island. Even the burgers by the pool. Saida never disappoints.

Very Convenient

The condo is convenient. Just a short walk across the complex to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all basic utensils (pots, pans, cutlery etc.) for cooking. Two bathrooms were in excellent working condition. The paper products are about the thinnest/cheapest you can find so we bring our own to use. The view from the balcony is enviable and the balcony furniture is very comfortable. The master bed was comfy to sleep in for multiple nights and there are multiple pillows with varying firmness to find one that works for you. The kids slept on the single pullouts and for once we didn't have any complaints about it (although that could just be the location too!) We love this complex as they have an excellent bar down by the pool and even have a little restaurant. Our family of four would stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

Overall a very clean property right on the beach. Super easy checkin. Communication from SPI Rentals was impeccable. Mattress is excellent and we slept great! Some updates could be used as some outlets don't work (bedroom mainly) and other things just need freshened up. However overall it's a very clean property and had everything one could need. Would stay again

Vacation on SPI

Everything was absolutely awesome except my condo wasn't ready for check-in at 4pm, as promised. However I checked in at 4:10 pm. It would be great if they let you check-in by noon. The beachfront view was like being in paradise!!!!

Beach Paradis

This was our second winter in South Padre, but our first stay at Saida II. The unit was very clean, nicely updated kitchen, comfortable bed and great seating and furnishings in the living room. The view from the large balcony is amazing. Expansive water views, morning sunrise and the pool area. Very short walk to the beach. The grounds of the complex are well maintained, and security of the property is great. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful month on the island.

Great view

Unit was very clean, has a great view, close to elevator. The only upsetting issue was with the property management company, we got our code 10 minutes past check in time.

Excellent

Wonderful place, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It had enough cooking utensils and dishware. There are a few things that you could add to enhance the stay. Equip the unit with some of the everyday essentials, such as coffee filters and salt and pepper, non-perishable items, maybe some beach towels would be nice. We did appreciate the dish soap and the laundry soap and shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed our stay and time, thank you.

South padre get away

Our condo had a great view and faced the beach. We didn't spend too much time in our room but it had what we needed. The pull out sofa was okay for my 9 year olds, but an adult would be uncomfortable. Full kitchen that was nice. Rest of the condo was a bit outdated but it was clean and served its purpose. Everything you need is in close walking distance from pools to the beach access. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great Value

Great value, close access to pools, hot tub and beach. Amenities are standard. Be mindful that lots of condos are having construction going on during the day. Therefore, if you want to work remote, it might be a challenge during the day. Please call to ensure that you have linens if you expect to accommodate 6 to sleep, we did have plenty of towels.

Workcation/Birthday Trip

The condo is even nicer in person than the pictures The view from the balcony is probably one of the best ones. The condo comes well equipped in the kitchen and we loved that they provided plenty of towels for the bathroom. We appreciated they have a washer and dryer as well. We would throw the bathing suits and towels in the dryer after the beach and they were ready to use again in the afternoon/evening time. The grounds people do a great job at maintenance and keeping the pools nice and clean. This was our fourth condo we stayed in this year and it was probably one of the best ones. The only downside we had was the internet went out while we were working mid week from 10 AM until around 4 PM or so. We let our managers know what was going on so they were understanding. We suspect it ended up being due to building maintenance because it started when someone was on the roof of the building and it came back once they were finished. We reached out to their maintenance team with SPI Rentals and someone was sent out. We advised them of the steps we had taken and they reached out to Spectrum. However they had to leave to take their truck back to the office as it was being taken to get wrapped and they said they would be right back. We never saw them again for the remainder of the day. But we also sent a follow up text when the internet started working again and advised them what we believe happened with the internet. Overall we would still rate this as a great stay. There are just some minor things that happened but it didn't ruin the trip. We would definitely recommend staying in this condo as it's a gem and you won't be disappointed.
