This beautifully upgraded townhome features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a large table, and additional seating around the breakfast bar. The living room offers vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area, and a cozy gas fireplace, the perfect place to relax around after a day of Steamboat adventures. For entertainment, this unit is equipped with five TVs, a DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and a stereo. There is also a private single-car garage, which includes an electric car charger if you happen to need it, and an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax on the patio or private deck after experiencing a day in Steamboat.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and an attached main bath with a tub and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, a TV, and two attached bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, a television, and its own en-suite bathroom. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the loft area as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area for additional sleeping space. Guests enjoy amenities such as two outdoor hot tubs, complimentary WiFi, and winter shuttle services that will take guests to shop, dine, and other local activities and events.

Youth Sports notice: The Ironwood Townhomes area is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and cannot accept any participants at this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
