Guests will sleep well on the new Murphy bed in dining/living area and there is also a sleeper sofa. Free Beach Chair Service included seasonally March through October! Sleeps up to 5 guests.

Pelican Walk 309 is PERFECT for couples and families that want to stay right on the beach! Unit 309 features custom cabinets, granite countertops, custom tile showers in both the guest bath and master bath, Pergo floors, upscale furnishings and charming coastal décor! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper sofa in living area, and a queen size Murphy bed! This vacation rental sleeps 5 guests comfortably at Pelican Walk beachfront condominiums. The balcony view is AMAZING! Enjoy watching kids play in the pool, dolphins playing in the Gulf, and the sunset view will take your breath away!

Located on Thomas Drive close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, shell island shuttle, golf, and so much more! Excellent but Beach Chairs are NOT free

The property was excellent with great renovations to the condo. Will definitely be returning. Only negative was that the beach chairs are NOT free as advertised. You have to rent them. Thankfully we brought our own. Loved the stay and will return next summer

Thank you so much for the review! We are so sorry you had difficulty with the free beach chairs. I wish you had reached out to us...we could have called to see what was the problem. The free beach chairs are definitely included. The beach attendant on the beach has the list of condos that have purchased a seasonal set for the year. Included are two loungers and an umbrella. They have them set up on the beach every day March through October. The staff in the Pelican Walk office within happy to just use the result of this issue. We hope you book the condo again in the future and we will make sure there is no confusion!

Room was spacious, updated, clean and the decor was so cute and beachy! Thank you accepting my service dog and having a great place for him to potty. The entire property is beautiful and clean. We are already planning our stay for next time in our favorite 309 condo, the only one we've ever stayed in, but if it's perfect, it's perfect!!

I love Pelican Walk

The unit is very nice. I loved having the rental agency on site Incase you needed something. I was unhappy with the beach access. Some of the handrails had fell over on the steps down to to the beach and apparently the sand hand washed out and they neededto add a step because the height from the sand to the bottom of the walkway was about 15 inches high and combined with the missing hand rail it was difficult to climb up.

Fed up with the lies

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and the place wasn’t that clean. Hairs all over the shower. The grout was orange. We have 2 small children that left finer prints on the fridge and coffee table, we got charged for that. It’s a simple clean. The day after we checked out, we got photos of the unit with EVERYTHING out, the extra chairs, the extra blankets we didn’t use, drawers were out, it was a mess and we were the ones blamed when we did not leave the unit like that. It’s so disappointing since we have stayed here before and this time was awful with the cleaning crew. It’s obvious they just don’t want to clean. Next time we will make sure we provide pictures of arrival and departure if we chose to stay here again. And maybe you should patch and paint your dry wall it’s starting to look bad. But you’re worried about fingerprints. I guess I’m supposed to supply my own windex. What’s the point of a vacation with kids?

I would have liked the condo a bit more cleaner, I walked in and the faucet in the kitchen was running and also when I went to open the closet door it fell towards me.. this needs to be fixed.

Reviewer Comments: We were a little disappointed that the jacuzzi wasn’t working when we arrived but the pickle ball courts were a welcome sight. We used them when the weather cooperated. The heated pool was nice too. The shower in the guest bathroom leaked out into the room both times we used it so we shared the master shower. It was a memorable trip and relaxing for us.

We have stayed in Unit 309 several times and as always, it did not disappoint. We were here for three weeks and the staff was continuously working to keep the grounds looking great! We normally stay with multiple families in a big condo with a little more space and a full size washer/dryer. This condo was nice...would have loved to have had a keurig. Had family staying in other condos that were better stocked with everyday items. Could also use a couple mirrors in bedroom. With small bathrooms it would make it easier for others to get ready while others in shower. OVERALL it was nicely decorated and view was very nice!

The location is perfect on the quieter east end of Thomas Dr. The size of the resort is great - not too large and crowded so that you can’t enjoy the pools or get an elevator. This unit is decorated so nice. The Murphy bed and free beach chair rentals are a big bonus!! The staff here is always so nice and helpful. We love that they can offer an early check-in option. Can’t wait for our next trip here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience. Unit appeared to have been updated recently and was in great condition. This unit sits on the West side of the building so had great views of the beach, ocean and sunset. The Murphy bed was great but, they also had a pull-out couch so the unit really had three sleeping areas in a one bedroom unit which is incredible. (Murphy was pretty comfortable too!) Being on third floor was nice, slightly removed from pool side noise while convenient to get to from stairs.
