Georgeous decorated beach house near Seaside on 30-A. Relax after your beach day in the private heated pool or in the oversized hammock in the shade of the trees. Private beach access to a non crowded area of beach. This is one of the favorites of our guests. You will understand when your here

Main living area with gas fireplace joins kitchen with Viking appliances.

3 full bedrooms, 1 king, 2 queens, 3 full baths.Office with 2 twin beds on sunporch on second floor. Balcony off front bedroom on second floor.

This is a 1800 square home that will easily give 3 or 4 children there own space.

The pool in the backyard is very private with gas gill and patio for grilling out.

Seaside is a little less than a mile away with entertaiment for adults and kids. Many locally owned shops and restaurants are
within walking distance .Bike rental's close by and some renters have not driven a car after arriving since there are bike paths all along 30A. Publix Grocery at Watercolor Crossing is about a mile away

This is a great family vacation home for a laid back 30-A South Walton vacation. It is almost never crowded where we are located, but if you want the crowds then just bike to Seaside. While there is a private beach directly across street, there is also a public beach close by with Walton County Lifeguards if that is important.

This is my wifes pride and joy so if you rent, please try your best to keep it nice.We will check you in and out and do our best to make sure you have a great time. I know you will love the location.

This property is fantastic! The home is extremely cozy, perfect location, lots to do nearby. The beach is steps away and absolutely gorgeous. The home amenities and decor made for a perfect beach vacation. I would give this home away from home a million stars. The pool, the beach access, the furnishings, the delightful decor make it the perfect getaway! We just loved it!

Barbie House is the best!

This was our 5th time to stay at the Barbie and we love it. We had car trouble on our last day and needed to stay another night and luckily the house was vacant the next week. Ted and Rachel were great and we were able to book an extra night. Can't wait to come back and stay on our next trip.

Relaxing Family Beach Trip

My family had a WONDERFUL stay here & we didn’t want to leave!!. The property is exactly as listed. Super cute decor! Very clean, great responsive host, perfect location. Private beach access right across the street. Private pool a love for the family. Would definitely recommend & hope to stay here again sometime when in the area!

Home away from home

This home was unique, comfortable with great art. It was far more pleasant than the sterile modern condos/homes. The property was very private with beautiful landscaping in the front and back gardens with a nice pool. The property manager was extremely responsive and pleasant.

Adorable house and the pool is perfection. Well stocked kitchen, and the house is just a short walk to both the beach and seaside. Really enjoyed my stay.

Fun and relaxing beach house

Oh my gosh let me say….this was the absolute best! The house was clean, well stocked, the owner and his assistant were amazing. We loved the pool. There were lots of jellyfish this week so we took full advantage of the pool. The bed was comfy. The shower was hot, We will book this house again!!

Awesome place close to the beach!

This was PERFECT for our first trip to 30A. A little over a mile to downtown Seaside and a 2 min walk to the beach. The pool in the back was perfect for us. Ted was a great host and always available to answer any of my questions.

Great week at the beach!

The house was great, particularly the pool and easy beach access. This is basically as easy as it gets if you are on the north side of 30A. The bikes, pool floats and beach chairs in the shed were a nice surprise. I would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect spot!

We had an incredible time and loved the location. Very short bike ride (5 minutes max) to the heart of seaside. Walk across road to a fantastic spot on the beach. House was darling, great condition, pool was great! Owner was very helpful throughout week if we needed recommendations!

Fun Vacation Rental!!!

Beautiful property! Space was great for our 3 teenagers. Bonus that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Great Location! Easy access to beach right across the street! (Montigo Ave and public Beach access ). Short bike ride to seaside! Pool was Awesome! Loved courtyard area in front yard! Would definitely book this property again!!

Great location!!

We loved our stay at Barbie’a Beach House. The location was close to everything. Easy walk to the beach and bike or golf cart trip into Seaside. Our kids loved having the heated pool to come back to in the afternoon. Ted was very responsive and easy to work with. Great find on 30A!!

Wonderful vacation home for a family

We loved our stay at Barbie’s Dreamhouse! The home was spacious and well equipped for our stay, we really appreciated the beach gear and wagon. The heated pool was so nice on the cooler days. There was an issue with the pool heater and Ted had someone come out to fix it within hours. One thing to note, the beach access is kind of steep, if anyone has limited mobility that might not be ideal. We would love to stay here again!

Great beach house

I booked Barbie's Beach House, but I stayed in the house right next door (last minute change)- same owner. House was very comfortable and clean. Check-in was easy. The house is in a quiet location. We loved walking across the street to access the beach. Lots are places are an easy walk (organic cafe, several restaurants, bike rentals, etc). The grocery store is a short drive. We had a lovely, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful week of rest and relaxation

The house was fantastic. Close to the beach. Loved the chairs and umbrellas provided. All the comforts of home right at your fingertips. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved having the upstairs to themselves. The pool was great to lounge by after a day at the beach. Very close to Seaside which we visited several times during our week. If we visit the area again, will definitely try to stay in this home again. Many thanks to the owners.

Adorable House has it All!

Close to Seaside & Watercolor and directly across 30a from a private beach entry for Montigo Manor subdivision…. Well stocked kitchen and all the amenities for a wonderful family gathering. The house is charmingly decorated with upscale artsy beach decor & the pool is sparkling. All the beach toys you might need there too! Homeowner very responsive to anything needed. One of the best 30-a beach homes we’ve rented in past 10 years & we definitely plan on returning!

Beautiful Beach Cottage

Our family just returned from this wonderful oasis and it was everything the owners said it was. From the Key Lime pie in the frig to the great landscaping and private pool, this home had everything a family would want. Seaside is right up the road and the beach is an easy walk across the street. Although they do have a private beach entrance there's also a ramp entrance nearby which is convenient for pushing your beach cart. The beach decor is beautiful and the sectional is very comfy. I would definitely recommend this for any family wanting a nice and relaxing vacation in beautiful Seaside. We can't wait to return next year!!

LOVELY!!!!

We enjoyed this house so much it is on our favs list so we can go back! Our 3 kids loved and we loved the location - close to everything. Owners were awesome and very helpful. The house was very clean ~ The pool was great and we were able to use pool rafts, toys etc ... the key lime pie in the fridge upon arrival was a bonus! :) We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay @ Barbie's Beach House!! The Bowling Family
