ALL NEW BEACH EQUIPMENT FOR 2024!! Available Saturday to Saturday in weekly increments; a minimum 7 days (off season scheduling flexibility available but contact owner first).
The home is ocean oriented inside Sea Pines Resort and only 7 rows from the beach. The beach path is accessible from the side yard .....no street to cross and less than 3 minutes to the beach at a very casual walking pace!

3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms all on the first floor and a loft with 4 twin beds upstairs! Large Private Pool! We have a Large Beach Wagon, 6-8 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Beach Toys, Cooler, Pool Toys/Floats are available for all our guest!

The house has been renovated in 2018, 2021 and trees removed in 2024 allowing more sun on the pool deck and less leaves in the pool. It is located in the beautiful Resort Community of Sea Pines in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the 1st floor and a loft on 2nd level. There are 2 primary bedrooms with King size beds with private bathrooms attached, 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a hallway access full bath, and 4 Twin beds in the loft area. Each bedroom features a 35 inch flat LCD TV with access to the internet. Secure, high speed WiFi is available throughout the house. A spacious living room with a 65" flat screen wall mounted HDTV (Spectrum cable/ Roku) opens to a patio with outdoor furniture, pool lounges and gas grill; just a perfect place to relax after a full day at the beach, biking, golfing or planing tennis.

The community offers world class golf (3 golf courses), tennis, water sports, dolphin watching, 14 miles of biking trails, long sand beach, two marinas (South Beach and Harbour Town), Lawton Stables, Forest Preserve with fishing area, fine and casual dining, shopping, free Sea Pines Trolley.

Enjoy the tranquil setting on the completely rebuilt backyard patio as you dip into the spacious backyard pool (heat will be offered before Memorial and after Labor Day. Additional weekly fees for pool heat). ask for a quote. *NOTE, IF YOU WANT PAY FOR POOL HEAT, THE HOT TUB WILL NOT BE HOTTER THAN THE POOL AND THE JETS WILL BE DISABLED.
There is no extra fee to heat the spa only. You will love the open living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops that allow you to whip up some wonderful beach cuisine. Enjoy the great collection of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker, mixer, blender, slow cookers in addition to white dishes, heavy flatware, cookware, baking pans, glasses, and more.

Parking: There is room in the driveway for 4 vehicles and with 2 parking spaces. Passes must be obtained directly at either gate at a cost of $20 weekly (new price effective 2022).

It is important that our guests are completely comfortable when they come to our house, and I will be available to answer questions and help in any way possible.

A really nice home, nice bedrooms, baths, kitchen, and large flat screen tv in the living room. A pool and hot tub out back were really nice and the hot tub heated up quickly. The beach was a short walk away around 3-4 minutes. Close to everything and really nice paved bike trails.

Everything we needed and a lot of the extras! Had a wonderful stay with our son and his wife and two grandsons. Plenty of room for all of us. Added bonus was the crib…an actual crib to make the youngest’s nights so much more like home. Lots of pool and beach accessories too. Easy walk to the beach.

Our family of 10 had the most incredible time staying at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house itself is spotless, impeccably maintained, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Every room was comfortable, spacious, and welcoming.The outdoor space was just as impressive. The landscaping is gorgeous and well cared for, and the pool was a favorite spot for everyone in our group. Whether we were lounging by the water, grilling outside, or gathering in the evening, it was the perfect setting for making memories.The location couldn’t be better — just a short and easy walk to the beach, which made it so convenient for quick trips back and forth with kids and beach gear. We loved being able to go from the sand to the pool in minutes!This home is a gem in every sense. Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star family getaway.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay here! We could not believe that this Vrbo had every appliance that you could think of. It was an added surprise to come in and find a baby crib! The host was easy to get ahold of! We had a great visit and all agree we want to stay at this house during our next visit.

The house was very clean and the layout was perfect for our family of 9. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and then some. The outdoor space was a great place to relax and hang out after a day at the beach. Walking to the beach took about 10 minutes. Definitely we would rent this house again.

Wonderful Home

My wife is a stickler for clean and this property fit the bill. Even the wonderful swimming pool was clean all week. Like others have noted, this house is very well stocked (outdoor grill, every imaginable cooking utensil, sponges,dishwasher and laundry soap, spices, towels etc). We are going back!

Beach trip Bliss!

This Sea Pines beach house was perfect for our family! The proximity to the beach was ideal for our daily trek with 4 grands and all the “gear” we needed! We enjoyed the pool area immensely; where we spent most afternoons. The house was very well stocked for our Kitchen needs. The beds were comfy and clean! We will definitely return!

Loved staying in Sea Pines

We have stayed in Hilton Head so many times, but this was our first time staying in Sea Pines. We enjoyed biking this area. We loved our week stay! The house was great for 10 people. We very much enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was nice, no crossing streets. We would love to stay at this home again!! Thank you!!

Terrific Experience

We had a great week at this home. It was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and supplies. Easy walk to the beach. The loft has a lot of light throughout the night, so just something to be aware of for any guests sleeping up there. Otherwise, we highly recommend!! Thanks for a great visit.

We love HHI

This property exceeded our expectations. It is very clean, the location just inside the Sea Pines Ocean Gate is very conveniently located, the beds are comfortable and the house is well equipped. Anything you need is already there. Kitchen was well equipped, pool area had rafts and toys, there is a beach wagon and chairs, and coolers to bring to the beach. Cyndi is a phenomenal host - responds quickly and provides helpful information. We will definitely stay here again!

Pool and spa not working

This 2 star review would have been 4 stars if the problems we had with the hot tub and pool had been resolved by the owner. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I will not rent this unit again.

5 North Sea Pines

Excellent stay. The crib was a home run. Minor issues was one door handle to a closet fell off and one bathroom drain was very very slow draining. Minor issues. No big deal. Location and accommodations were outstanding. Will rent this place again.

I have been visiting the Island since I was 6 years of age. It was such a diamond in the ruff, a little kept secret is how it felt. I remember when the only access onto Hilton Head Island was on a drawl bridge. It seem that we always got stuck waiting for the sail boats and larger boats to cross. I also remember the early years when Gregg Russell started his career, the only proof I have is a signed cassette case signed in 1983. I still sit there at night a chuckle at his jokes and enjoy his music in Harbour Town. I also went to many tennis camps in my teen years and we always seemed to stay in Sea Pines. When Jeff and I were married, we continued the tradition of coming to the island. We love to Golf, boat, ride bikes, and spend timeless days on the beach. It has always been a lifelong dream to have a place to call home here and I'm so excited to share this place with you. We are hoping we will be able to retire here.

Over the years, we has stayed in numerous locations, but we always kept coming back to Sea Pines Resort. The amenities, trails and family activities are all inside the resort. You could literally park you car for the week.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The home is pretty much all one level except for the loft area. Very spacious with an open living room, renovated kitchen and all the bedrooms are located on the north side of the home, giving each room private feel. Every room has a sliding glass door to access the back and pool area. There's a nice size grass area for lounging or games playing next to the paved beach path, making it easy to bring everything you want to the ocean.
