They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.***

The condo was beautiful, the unit was recently renovated and it was very nicely furnished. They provided beach chairs and boogie boards for use. The location was convenient with a lot to do in the area.

Each view and condo were great. But the entire property is under heavy construction. They were cutting concrete right on the other side of the back windows and door. We couldnā€™t stay there during the day because of the noise. It was so loud we couldnā€™t watch tv, and They were working on the back patio so we couldnā€™t be outside. And they started each morning at 8. The property will be great, but stay away for a few months at least.

Spring break beachfront get away

Overall pleased with the property. It is not high end as far as decor or furnishments. Several of the dressers, tables, and even the shower door were past the point of "shabby chic" and could be replaced. Very clean and had plenty of towels, hair dryer, and kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We were disappointed to find the pool had been shutdown the day before we arrived thru no fault of the property manager but we weren't informed of this and had to find out through the notice on the pool gate which was a big disappointment. The pool was a big draw to this property for us since the beach wasn't an option due to bacteria levels in the ocean. The property manager was very apologetic and did refund some of our money which was greatly appreciated but double check before booking if you are planning on swimming! The beds like the furniture were bare minimum and basic. Fine for a short stay but not the most comfortable. The area was great with a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Overall the price was right for what we got and it met our needs well.

It was a dream

Waking up to see sunrise and dolphins playing was a once in a lifetime experience. Beach was lovely.the property inside is beautifully clean and ready for action! I was very happy to be there with my family coming in to see me!! I loved it we painted and cooked. Thank you for a great experience. Thank you for the little touches...bogey boards, chairs , rolling cart such a kind gesture!!! 2 difficulties were homeless on beach and early checkout . All in all a ten rating will highly recommend to friends at cedar's hospital

Great Spot

Property was very dialed in for VRBO rentals. Great communication, excellent location and view, secure parking. We very much enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again for sure. Very nitpicky here, but having even the most basic of cooking supplies or spices would be helpful. Otherwise you'll be buying salt and pepper and then throwing it away at the end of your stay. Lovely spot though.

eine tolle Wohnung!

Wir haben vier NƤchte hier verbracht. Die Wohnung war wirklich schƶn uns sehr sauber. Die KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet. Von der Terasse aus konnten wir die schƶnsten SonnenuntergƤnge sehen und Delfine beobachten. Nette Restaurants sind fuƟlƤufg erreichbar. Imperial Beach an sich wirkt etwas runtergekommen. Ins Wasser konnten wir leider nicht, da es wohl anhaltende Probleme mit der WasserqualitƤt gibt. Wer einen richtigen "Strandurlaub" mƶchte, der sollte eher an die KĆ¼stenabschnitte im Norden ausweichen.

Lovely ocean front condo

This is a beautiful condo located right on the beach. Beach access is only a few steps away, but a low wall and a gate prevent the general public from walking in front of the unit. The beds are comfortable and the parking garage is convenient. This first floor unit is great for someone like me with mild mobility issues. But, the stairs to the beach might be a problem for others with less mobility.

The property was amazing and it is right on the beach. It was beautiful but disappointing we couldnā€™t get in because of the Tijuana river contaminated with sewage, running into the ocean, right now where we were. Not the owners fault though. The washing machine didnā€™t work and we didnā€™t expect the owners to fix it right then but they did respond right away.

Location, location, location. Beach access, property upkeep and unit amenities are what will keep us coming back. Alex (housekeeping) is a gem, and Trisha (office) was there for us when we had an unexpected hiccup. We look forward to another visit very soon.....five days is never enough.
