Groovy on Grey - Spa Pool, Central, Sleeps 8

Lynette, so pleased the central spot worked well for you. That walk into town really does make things easy, doesn't it? Thanks for taking such great care of the place. The InnList Team

Vicky, so pleased the location suited you well. The Grey Street spot does make it easy to explore the heart of Rotorua on foot. The InnList Team

Bill, so pleased the setup worked well for your family - those four bedrooms and the big backyard really do make a difference when you've got everyone together. Rotorua has a way of surprising people with how much there is to explore, so we'd love to have you back when you're ready for round two. The InnList Team

Hi Margaret, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry your arrival didn’t get off to the smooth start we’d want for every guest. Our system showed the booking as not fully paid on the day, which is why the access code was held back. Once our team looked into it, it was sorted and your code was sent at 3:16pm, 16 minutes after check-in time. We understand any wait at the door is frustrating, and we’ve passed this on so payment queries can be cleared up earlier, before guests arrive. We’re also sorry to hear you had concerns with items in the house. We weren’t made aware of any faults during your stay, as we’d have sent someone out to fix them straight away. If you’d like to share the details with us directly, we’ll follow up with the property. Thanks again for staying with us in Rotorua. The InnList Team
