The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and private bathroom and the guest bedroom has 2 Double beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping.
When you want to get your toes in the sand, the beach is steps from the condo. Enjoy the pool and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. When you’ve had your fill of the sun and sand, watch the sunset from the private balcony.

Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.
