This property is walking distance to the beach, shopping district, entertainment district, 100+ restaurants, numerous coffee shops, ice cream parlors, art galleries, Pageant of the Masters, world famous art festivals, museums, Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, etc., etc. The nearby Rivian Theater hosts free movies and community gatherings throughout the year. Very nearby are the community swimming pool (new pool being built/currently under construction), tennis courts and jogging track. The nearest beach (Main Beach) has a playground, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tide pools and bathrooms. Many other beautiful beaches are steps away. The bedroom area has an upgraded queen size bed with new memory foam topper and new/upgraded linens. The additional sleeping area is the living area, which has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This property includes FREE PRIVATE HIGH SPEED FIBER WIFI with connectivity speeds up to 500 GB/sec. for uploads and downloads, FREE UTILITIES and SMART TV with YouTubeTV package and with accessibility to streaming apps. Laundry facilities are conveniently located and are included free of charge. A parking spot is included…..AND IS FREE.

The grounds are meticulously maintained and the walkways are decorated with wall art, flowers and trees. Plantings, flowers and trees are planted in such a way to enhance your senses with fragrances, colors and beauty and also attract butterflies, hummingbirds and birds, in general.

While we value your privacy, we are available should you have any questions and are responsive to your needs. Our aim is for you to have the best experience and enjoy the beauty of this property and the city of Laguna Beach and its surroundings.

Other Details to note:

The bedroom area does not have a door. It does have curtains that can be closed for privacy. A door was not installed as there is a beautiful ocean view from inside the unit and I did not want to block the view. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and there are 2 Nuwave Induction Cooktops. All pots/pans, utensils and dishware are in good condition. There is a BBQ for your private use.

There is a maximum of 3 overnight occupants. Please comply as we do enforce the occupancy limit. As a courtesy to all guests on site, any pets must be approved to make sure a safe and quieter environment is provided. We allow a max of 2 pets for guests of 2 or less; 1 pet with 3 guests. While we love dogs, constant barkers are discouraged and we request that the pet not be left alone for an extended period of time. We request that all dogs be walked off-site for potty purposes. There are many spots very nearby. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times in common walkways.

The unit is located within walking distance to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, festivals, art galleries, museums and activities that Laguna Beach offers yet it is in a quieter location. As a courtesy to all the owner limits occupancy to ensure that all guests and neighbors will have a quiet, peaceful and wonderful stay. No Vaping, Smoking or drug use is allowed on the property.
This property has been owned by the same owners since 1996. Considerable effort is made to maintain it in excellent condition. The views are unmatched for the village area as typically one needs to go high up into the hills to get such a fantastic view. This property with its unique location offers the best of up-close ocean views and sunsets while having a walk everywhere location. This is not easily found in Laguna Beach and why the property is so highly valued.

This unit is in a back house on the property and is 1 of 3 units. Each unit is set up to maximize the privacy of each unit and occupants. Quiet hours are 9 pm - 6 am. Two (2) Washer/Drying Machines are provided for your use, free of charge. Machines are easily accessible and shared amongst 3 units.

Quiet hours are 9 pm-6 am. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Maximum # of 3 people at the property overnight. No gatherings larger than 5 people. Children must be a minimum of 2 years of age. 2 pet maximum with 2 or less people; 1 pet maximum with 3 people. All pets, including pets of visitors must follow the same pet rules. Dogs must be on leash at all times in common walkways. No constant barkers. Dogs must be walked off site for potty purposes. Dogs must not be left alone for extended periods of time. Please comply. Steps:

There are 4 steps to climb to get to the sidewalk. As you continue to walk up the sidewalk, there are 2 additional sets of 4-5 steps that take you to the stairs that lead to your entry gate. You will be greeted with spectacular ocean views/sunsets.
