While the pictures are great, the property is even better in person as I've updated the exterior with fresh coat of white paint and white trim. The interior is now painted a soft white color with white trim for a bright updated look. I've also updated the queen sofa sleeper in the living area with a high performance fabric sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. The material color is blues, whites and silvers. It looks beautiful. There is a new white eating table, new black side tables, new area rug, new white blackout curtains, new bedding, towels and more. The unit has been occupied since the updates were completed so I've yet to get the pictures taken and updated. So, if you like what you see in the listing, it is going to be even better when you arrive.

This is a very popular property located in the preferred location of the Laguna Beach Village. Laguna Beach is a highly desirable upscale beach community and this property is in the perfect location. The additional sleeping area is the living area, which has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This property includes FREE PRIVATE HIGH SPEED FIBER WIFI with connectivity speeds up to 500 GB/sec. for uploads and downloads, FREE UTILITIES and SMART TV with YouTubeTV package and with accessibility to streaming apps. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the walkways are decorated with wall art, flowers and trees. Plantings, flowers and trees are planted in such a way to enhance your senses with fragrances, colors and beauty and also attract butterflies, hummingbirds and birds, in general.

Other Details to Note:

The bedroom area does not have a door. It does have curtains that can be closed for privacy. A door was not installed as there is a beautiful ocean view from inside the unit and I did not want to block the view. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave/convection oven and there are 2 Nuwave Cooktops. All pots/pans, utensils and dishware are in very good condition. There is a BBQ for your private use.

There is a maximum of 3 overnight occupants including all people and pets. Please comply as we do enforce the occupancy limit. As a courtesy to all guests on site, any pets must be approved to make sure a safe and quieter environment is provided. Please send a note prior to booking with the age, breed and weight of the requested pet(s). While we love dogs, constant barkers are discouraged and we request that the pet not be left alone for an extended period of time. We also request that all dogs be walked off-site for potty purposes. There are many spots very nearby. The unit is located within walking distance to the best restaurants, beaches, shopping, festivals, art galleries, museums and activities that Laguna Beach offers yet it is in a quieter location. As a courtesy to all the owner limits occupancy to ensure that all guests and neighbors will have a quiet, peaceful and wonderful stay. No Vaping, Smoking or drug use is allowed on the property.

This property has been owned by the same owners since 1996. Considerable effort is made to maintain it in excellent condition. The views are unmatched for the village area. This property with its unique location offers the best of up-close ocean views and sunsets while having a walk everywhere location. This is not easily found in Laguna Beach and why the property is so highly valued.

This unit is in a back house on the property and is 1 of 3 units. Each unit is set up to maximize the privacy of each unit and occupants. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 6 am. Two (2) Washer/Drying Machines are provided for your use, free of charge. Machines are easily accessible and shared amongst 3 units.
