Sunrise Suites is a beautiful 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 20 guests or up to 24 guests with the assistance of 4 twin floor mats. Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day as you wake up early, pour a cup of hot coffee, and head out to the balcony to watch the exquisite sunrise over the desert mountains. Spends your days exploring the Southern Utah mountains or lounging poolside at Paradise Village's resort-style pool and water park! Of course, you do not need to leave home to have the vacation of a lifetime! With 3 Xbox 1's, foosball, board games, ping pong, and pickleball equipment; you could be entertained for days without ever venturing out! When it cools down, take the bikes provided in the garage and head out along one of the many bike paths right out your front door for a nice evening ride. Nice House for a big Family

We enjoyed our stay at this house. We had several issues throughout our stay, but every time I sent a text to let them know about the problems the response was quick and for the most part taken care of quickly. We enjoyed the pool and other amenities offered. The house was well stocked. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

A perfect vacay house

This was definitely one of our favorite houses to stay in at Paradise Village. The home is beautifully decorated, clean, and has so many fun amenities! There was plenty of room for our four families.

Awesome Home

This home fit our family needs perfectly. Enough bedrooms for every couple. It was a great get away for a family vacation. Lots of time spent in the pools!

Overall we loved the house and location. We had a great time. We found the floors and carpet to dirty. We obeyed the request to keep our shoes by the door. By the end of the first day our feet were black. With two toddlers crawling they had dirty hands knees and feet most of the time. I suggest a really good carpet cleaning and floor scrubbing. Also the soap for washing hands was watered down and some ran out while we were there. Lack of paper towels, Kleenex was also an issue. We had to call for more toilet paper, which they quickly responded. As I said at the beginning we enjoyed the house and location. If we choose Saint George for another family reunion we would love to use the home again.

Good stay

Staff was excellent to help and deal with throughout the process. Home was nice and generally clean other than the tile needed a good cleaning. Walking around in socks the floor turned them black with dirt. Stocked well although some items need repair. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Kids were bummed the ping pong table was broken. Overall good stay

Overall nice

The place was overall clean and spacious for our group of 16 people. Fully stocked kitchen and the two resort pools were a hit. Would recommend replacing the lounge chairs on the pool deck - all were broken. The property manager was quick to respond when we had any questions.

Nice place, cool hot tub.

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of space in the house. Had to have the hot tub maintenance person come out three times to fix the hot tub so we werenā€™t able to use it as much as we had hoped.

Top Notch Experience

We had a great time during our stay in the St. George area last week and this location was a huge part of that. Convenient access to Ivins, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon and fast routes to downtown St. George made everything super nice. The on-site water park and pools were a huge hit with the kids of all ages. The house itself was perfect with separate king ensuites for each family and large gathering areas for getting together. We'll definitely be returning on our next trip down south.

Another great stay!

Returning again! We really enjoy this property. It is perfect for our family vacation with my large family. Our rental agent was very helpful ans responded quickly to all our needs. I love the floor plan of the house. It has an open floor plan and another area upstairs with enough beds and baths so everyone had a private place to chill. The pool and hot tub are always a hit and being so close to so many activity made the stay the best! Thank again for a great vaca!

Thanksgiving 2022

We had a great time. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking, games, crafts, and gathering. My 5 kids and their spouses loved having their private ensuite bathroom for their family. My grandkids were busy swimming in the backyard or at the community pool across the street.

Fun times with Family

This was our family's second condo and it too was fantastic. Well stocked and clean and lovely. This was the larger condo and it was the 'planning and eating spot.' Many happy times, playing games, singing, and laughing. Again the most impressive part of this 'village' was the helpful, kind, and responsive staff. Having dealt with other places for large family trips, this staff was outstanding with their communication and follow through. Thanks to all

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property for our family vacation. With a large family with all adult children and families, we need a home that can provide the room to spread out and privacy. This home did all that and more. We loved this floor plan that allowed together time on main level with plenty of space and in the sleeping areas upstairs. We loved having the pool and hot tub to swim at the house and play anytimez the pool was just the right size for all ages to have fun. The swim park was a two min walk across the street and a lot of fun for all ages. This property made a fun vacation great! We will be staying here again!

Perfect place for family

We loved the privacy of own pool/hot tub Hot tub would stop after 10 minutes and then start again about 20 minutes later. Wi-Fi was terrible. You could only watch 1 tv at a time. Wads of hair found in 3 showers.

Lovely home

We enjoyed staying here. The house was big enough for all our family. We do wish there would have been an extra refrigerator as there has been in similar homes we stayed at. Also the beds were not comfortable. The master bed on main floor had a huge bump in the middle and felt like the sides of the bed were broken down. We had a couple of issues that maintenance took care of for us. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids.
