Guests initially enter Serenity at Shelter Cove by taking the community stairwell to the first floor of the building to the front door of the villa. When you enter the front door, you will find the kitchen, dining area and living room. You may access the covered outdoor balcony from the living room. Take a half flight of stairs up to the hallway that leads to the primary bedroom, the hallway bathroom and the guest suite. There is a washing machine and dryer located within the unit.



Please note Serenity at Shelter Cove is located within an Anchorage condo building, which means you may experience crossover noise during your stay from the upstairs or adjacent villa units.



NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
