Inside, you’ll discover timeless details such as original wood flooring, a hand-carved banister, and vintage fixtures complemented by elegant antiques and nostalgic photographs.

Downstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with a queen-size bed, along with a remodeled full bathroom conveniently located next to the freshly updated kitchen. Enjoy meals at the spacious dining table framed by a beautiful bay window, where you can watch the sun set over the ocean.

Upstairs are two primary suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and decorative fireplaces adorned with hand-painted Italian tiles. The first suite offers a king-size bed and a private viewing deck, perfect for spotting dolphins or watching surfers ride the waves. The second suite features a queen-size bed and all the comforts of home.

Winter Escape
We have stayed at the "Villa on the Strand” property for 20 years and enjoy the beach experience every time. This year we were amazed at all of the updates: 3 brand new bathrooms with big showers, a completely remodeled modern kitchen, a new king bed in the master, a big screen TV, and a handy, super clean laundry room with washer and dryer. We look forward to many more February trips to the Villa at Silver Strand to escape the cold Colorado winters!
