Modern high tech house, four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large master suite with balcony, TV, large master bath, large closet, huge game room with bar, wood burning fireplace, pool table, exterior BBQ, two car garage with laundry area, double set of washer dryer, modern kitchen, gas range, dishwasher, Samsung chef series kitchen equipment, internet, cable TV, 70 inch TV in game room, 50 inch TV in 2nd living rooms with wood burning fireplace , Apple TV available, game Console available. Books, pool table, board games. Wheeled cart for the beach, Pack and play, a few golf clubs. The area has lots to discover, golf courses, wineries, two harbors with water sports, whale watching and fishing trips, Coastal or mountain drives with lakes to explore. Good location near the beach. The house was very spacious & had everything we needed, plus plenty of parking spaces. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Oxnard beach family vacation.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Would definitely recommend this home and hope to come back in the future.

Spacious and clean. The houses are very close in proximity. The beach is close about 2 blocks. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Feels very safe.

The place was really nice and inviting, and we felt right at home during our stay. The only hiccup was that the oven and microwave weren’t working because of a possible blown fuses, so we couldn’t use them. Other than that, everything else was great and we truly enjoyed our time there!

June Family vacation.

A great vacation Oxnard beach rental for 6 nights for our family of 10. Clean, comfortable, & well stocked. Includes laundry, pool table, & beach equipment. Beach a short walk and very few people. Our group had a great time, and would love to return.

Host was attentive. House needed maintenance. Carpet was very, very dirty. Master bath curtain rod needed reset.The water pressure in the Master bath shower was minimal. Towels were very gray and looked dirty. They were also very hard.

The property was located in great neighborhood and a block from the beach. Overall the property was clean and accommodating and a lot of space for hanging and enjoying the summer weather.

Great location

The location of the house is great. Close to stores, restaurants and walking distance to beach. I have stayed in a few beach locations in Ventura and enjoy visiting Ventura and surrounding areas. As for staying at this site, it needs lots of TLC!

Beach Life

Great location. Every year we do a family beach vacation, this home was large enough for the 11 of us plus allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. Each family had there own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for us.

The house is beautiful, great kitchen, lots of room. Owner Robert is very nice, very responsive. Only thing that keeps it from rating five stars is the furniture in the first floor living room, namely the sofa bed which should be replaced.

Great house close to beach

We had a great stay here, house has plenty of room, great parking, washer and dryer. If you love reading they have plenty of book options and some fun family games to play. There are bikes, a wagon and boogie boards. Plenty of linens, so no need to pack beach towels. There are camping chairs which was also very nice to bring to the beach.

Vacay

We do an annual family beach trip, to celebrate my husband's birthday. This house is a gem. It accommodates our family with the 4 bedrooms and baths plus allows my son to bring his two small puppies. Its a short walk to the beach. Stores are close by if you need anything. This is our second time here and we will continue to come as long as its available.

The property is beautiful and the location in nice. But the kitchen was dirty, there was food in the utensil trays, and there were ants on the counter. Reaching out to the owner regarding these issues was met with rudeness. I recommend you keep looking.

This guest called after one day and raised hell because 1. She had seen one ant, she claimed to have evidence and pictures, and 2. She could not find salt. She called Vrbo to make a claim about this, trying to extort money-a refund. I understood her claims would increase and she was creating problems from nothing. She was evicted and asked to leave by checkout time next day. I assumed that if she is dishonest she would give a bad review, and she did. She is not welcome back.

Family summer trip

Very good location, walking distance to a clean sandy beach. Close driving distance to stores and restaurants. House is very nice, spacious with lots of amenities: cookware, dinnerware, utensils and glasses; towels and bedding all plentiful. Only the paper goods (toilet tissues and paper towels) were not enough for a 4 night stay.

Stayed here for a week (July 11-17th) and we had an awesome time! The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. There were only 6 of us and we had plenty of room. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths everyone had their personal space. We didn’t have any problems during our stay. The house is stocked very well with just about anything you need to have a great vacation. Plenty of house towels and beach towels. The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups, bowls, utensils etc. There are games and books for family fun. We enjoyed a few games of pool in the downstairs great room. It’s only about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, we did chat with a few locals on our walks and everyone was really nice. We did love being able to open the large doors on the first and second floor and let that cool ocean breeze in! The beds are pretty firm but so are most hotel beds so not a big deal. We had a great time and would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location and large home!

The home is very large and in a great location. Can walk to the beach! Large kitchen with everything you should need. Pool table and game room downstairs. Plenty of seating in the open areas. Comfy couches. -the house could’ve been cleaner. Dirty carpet from spills, some dust and even a dead bug. The house really sleeps 9 adults I think. We ran out of dish soap right away and had to buy some and paper towels. We had an issue with the smoke alarm but it was resolved with the owner. Upstairs beds (not master) need to be replaced. Uncomfortable and cheap. Overall a very good stay!

Thanks for your top rating on everything. The house is always cleaned by a group of professionals, carpets are cleaned. I noticed the two spills on the bedroom carpet, we had that steam cleaned. We provide supplies for the first day or days, but not unlimited since we cant predict the consumption or the number of guests. The beds were not cheap, but everyone likes different types of mattresses. Sorry to see the low star rating after you loving all most important things. Hopefully new potential guests reading your review will understand that all important things got top rating from you. Again, thanks and welcome back next time. :)) Rob

Not what I expected. Needs some TLC!

Luxury Beach House?!? NEAR the beach…yes. But not beachfront as suggested. Luxury….hmmm. The space was great for our entire family to stay, but it was needing some help. Light bulbs burned out Blinds missing in the bedroom Kitchen and pantry, a hodgepodge Mismatched bedding Moldy furniture on the patio Not my idea of Luxury. Would not recommend staying here especially at the price Garage remote

The guest is a lier. We never advertised beach front. There are no missing blinds or light bulbs, He don’t remember writing this false review. We always update and fix items in need of service, all guest give us top reviews.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

This house is perfect for a family beach vacation!! My daughter was married in Oxnard which was a destination wedding for us. Our three adult children from around the country stayed with us, so we were all together for the week. We were comfortable, and enjoyed the downstairs pool table and huge couch for relaxing and visiting. Perfect place for the bride to get ready, the skylights made for beautiful photos, so close to the beach that we enjoyed walks along the water and it was the perfect place to relax!. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of small appliances, we were grateful for the extra towels, blankets, and little things like extra trash can liners. Our host was amazing, he anticipated all of our needs and made this the most special weekend we could have spent at our daughters wedding!! We stay at large Vrbos (4+ bedrooms) twice a year, this house and host are a 10! We’ll be back.

Loved Oxnard Shores from the first trip here. Huge beach, no crowds, lots to do around here. Boat trips to Islands, whale watching, jet ski rentals, two main harbors minutes away, golf, wine tasting, many restaurants with entertainment, kids friendly environment, bicycle rental nearby.
